Shipping not transparent

Order directly from manufacturer. That's where Partzilla.com gets it. Shipping and expediting orders is a waist of your money. Who takes 1 to 3 days to process an order now day's? They order it from manufacturer then once they get it they ship it to you. Cut out the middle man, trust me shipping takes forever.

Bought nearly 500usd in parts that never arrived. USPS says they delivered to “an agent”. Customer service refuses to reship or refund. Worst experience ever. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL

Terrible misleading company

Website clearly states “ships in 2-3 days” but took nearly a week before they finally shipped out my part, now I’m waiting a couple more days before the part will finally arrive. They only tell you this after the order is complete and you get an email 4-5 days after paying. This all coming in after I paid extra for expedited shipping, contacted customer service about the issue and they told me they weren’t going to do anything about it and the 2-3 days is only “after they get the part in their warehouse distribution center”. Terrible company that intentionally misleads their customer base and does nothing to fix it. Beware of ordering anything from them if you need it within 2 weeks.

Paid for expedited shipping from Partzilla.com.Their 3rd party vendor shipped it ground.Before delivery, had them commit to issuing a return label because I was able to find a vendor who would provide next day delivery on the same part.Once the product did arrive, many days late, I used the pre-arranged return label.Once the product was returned to the 3rd party vendor, I received a refund for less than what I originally paid. Refund should have been for the total out of pocket cost of doing business with partzilla.com, which actually cost me more than just the cost of the part if you consider lost production because of non-delivery, rescheduling customers, and my customer trust/credibility factor. I will never purchase from partzilla.com again. I will purchase from a vendor who has control over shipping product and who I can trust will do right when things go sideways.
