George at Partzilla was WONDERFUL today in assisting us in finding a part for my Honda motorcycle. He was extremely thorough, competent, pleasant and professional throughout our interaction. At anytime in the future I am looking for a part I will most definitely be seeking George’s assistance if at all possible. Partzilla has a great asset and resource in him!

I ordered parts for my Harley-Davidson on this website called Partzilla. Not only did they not have the parts in stock, but had to wait for them to get there before they could ship them out. Ordered these parts on May 6th 2025 and received notice that they were shipped out on May 13th. Then they said that the parts would be 6 to 10 days before I would get them. What a horrible place to do business with, I would not recommend using Partzilla.If they spent more time on trying to satisfy customers by giving them ETA on their parts that was ordered then defending themselves by saying they don't sell Harley-Davidson parts then we wouldn't be here making this statement. I did buy floorboards from Partzilla for my Harley-Davidson, so they can try and fool whoever they want. But I won't be ordering parts through this website ever again.
They did everything they said would happen. The order was processed and shipped the same day,it arrived on time, correct part,the box they sent it in could of been run over by a tank and it still would have arrived in great condition.very good experience!!!
Some parts dealers, you only get to put your vehicle in a search bar, and the site displays a list of possible matching parts for your vehicle. Partzilla displays the schematics for your vehicle, and the click-n-go shopping cart, means I'm adding the part I'm looking for, with its OEM part number. Partzilla probably wished I didn't, but I'll copy that OEM part number, and shop around the internet. Compared to eBay, you don't know if it is the actual part, or how used it is, and when you will get it. The OEM parts partzilla sells, are in the OEM packaging, and are new. Compared to Amazon, the reseller will offer a cheaper part price, but ding you on the shipping. When it comes to shipping costs, Partzilla has the two tiers, but standard shipping is plenty fast enough, as I'm ordering to match worn parts, and not scrambling to replace catastrophic failure parts.
