Review Time
I placed an order over a month ago and no one informed me about an item that was unavailable, then no one answered my messages; I started a dispute on PayPal and they responded that they were missing a part and that I should wait... I gave them a reasonable amount of time and wrote back without any attention... I asked them to send me the parts they have available and finally they canceled the order... you don't value your customers.
My original order was lost in shipping. One email later and Partzilla Customer service had a replacement part ready to ship free of cost. This has happened to me a long time ago. This is why I continue to come back and use this company. Thank you all
I had ordered a gas cap for a 06 vfr800 and when I got the part it was defective. So I contacted partzilla and the customer service was great. They replaced the part sent it to me and the one they sent was even worse. The door on the cap was all bent out of shape so it wasn't. Sealing properly so being frustrated I took a pair of channel locks and bent it back into place and it's still not sealing... I don't know what's up with the parts they sell but be cautious when ordering, the quality might not be there....
This company sends wrong parts and then doesn't stand by their mistake, thus company is 100 percent trash and crooks do not do any business with this company unless you want something that is completely a different part then what their diagram shows.
If you want to have an item you didn't order sent, or have to fight and argue with these guys to get an order canceled and to have a company physically hold the package so it doesn't get sent to you because it's only going to be returned to them then these are the idiots for you.I spent all day sending emails back and forth arguing with these guys finally I called the shipping company myself and physically got the shipment stopped no thanks to them and all they did was lie and say they called and couldn't get answers and so on and so on yet I made one call and I got it all done
