Wasted valuable time and bad customer service

I’ve attempted to order a part for my Yamaha VMAX from this company twice, and both times it was a frustrating experience.The first time, the payment was successfully debited from my account. About a week later, the company canceled the order while it was already in route, returned the part, and issued a refund. I was told I would need to place a new order if I still wanted the part.Since I really needed the part for my VMAX, I went ahead and reordered it. The very next day, they canceled the second order as well.I called customer service, and they said they would look into it and get back to me with a solution. I never heard back from them. Instead, I received an email stating that if I wanted to order the part again, I would have to pay via wire transfer or a verified PayPal account. They would no longer accept debit or credit cards.This is ridiculous and highly inconvenient. Why a company would suddenly refuse standard credit/debit card payments (which worked initially) and demand wire transfers is beyond me. It raises serious red flags about reliability and professionalism.I won’t be ordering from them again, and I strongly recommend others look elsewhere for parts. Save yourself the headache and potential wasted time.

I just realized that I got scammed by them. I placed an order and paid extra for expedited delivery. They literally shipped the item with standard USPS. Looking at the tracking number, the item I expected to get in 3 business days and paid extra for it will take a week to arrive.

VERY HELPFUL

VERY HELPFUL and knowledgeable. I have ordered a lot of parts for my Can Am tracks from them. I needed a $9 snap ring for my hub but Can Am only lists the complete bearing kit, which includes that snap ring. The kit is $108. Can Am won't help anyone except dealers. The person at Partzilla was able to get the breakdown of the bearing kit and give me the part number for the snap ring..AND Partzilla had that part in stock. THANK YOU!

Best customer service ever!!!!

I needed to cancel an order due to a error on my end. I called in on a Saturday and spoke with Justin. He got the ordered cancelled and fixed my error and out the order back in for me. He was super helpful and cheerful. Made the experience for me. I highly recommend this company. Best customer service I have received in the past 10 years easily.

2006 Honda Foreman 500

I have a 2006 Honda Foreman 500 and needed some replacement parts. I was able to speak with Lynn on a callback (so I had no wait time). Her knowledge, skills and high level of professionalism was priceless in finding and ordering the additional parts over the phone. I have tried dealerships that had problems finding the part, only to tell me it wasn't unavailable. Lynn was able to quickly find everything that I needed. Julie with partzilla took care of an inquiry that I had with the status of my order #11-11268028. She even upgraded the shipping option to ensure that I got the part I needed in a timely manner since the original package may have been lost. 11/10 customer service from her!! Amazing team.
