Free shipping NOT FREE - Selling parts they do not have.!

I ordered qty of 48 of 71-1 spark plugs and qty of 48 J19LM spark plugs both with were in stock online. I ordered enough to qualify for free shipping. I receive a email stating that Partzilla shipped only 16 of the 71-1 plugs and 27 of the J19LM plugs with one plug on backorder. I was now charged shipping because Partzilla did not have what they sold me in stock. I would rate this as zero stars if that was an option.

Shipping issues

When I ordered my parts, I was told everything was in stock and ready to ship. The next day they told me an item was out of stock and they wouldn’t be able to ship it until the next Friday (a full week). That day came and the item was back in stock, but guess whose order didn’t ship. Cancelled my order, will never order anything from them or their partners again
