I really hate how they have made this site, setting up memberships is super easy, cancelling them and unfollowing people is an absolute pain.

I have been trying to close my account for one month with no success. I sent three emails with credit card and date of transaction information, but still, they are unable to locate my account and close it.

Terrible. Avoid it.

Ok, first of all, fees are huge, let's get that out the way.Now, a real problem. So, as an artist, I was there for maybe year, promoting my Patreon almost every day, every where earning measly 40 bucks a month.Few days ago I got offer by some people to support my art in bigger amount of money and as soon I received my money on my Patreon, problems started. First, ofc, payouts delays for few days. After that I received 2000 dollars and ofc again problems from their Trust & Safety which is absolute joke of a team telling me that they found some suspicious activity, which is again, not true, but yea, they don't care.Stay away and join Ko-fi, trust me.

Don’t trust Patreon or their “Creators”

Wish I had checked this before subscribing to one of their “Creators”. The Creator “PickTime” took my money and then blocked me. I’ve sent 4 emails to Patreon and it’s been over a week and still no response. As you can see from the awful Trustpilot score I’m not the only one to have a bad experience with them. Company needs to be shut down!

Be aware..these crooks are thieves they will just deactivate your account without any reason..well the reason was "suspicious activity"..really??They first put on hold all your eanings then they just delete your account and say bye bye. BE AWARE I'M WARNING YOU

Their Trust and Safety team is incompetent

While the page itself is a great way to share your art for your audience, their Trust and Safety team is one of the worst moderator team I ever talked to. Even their own moderators have no idea about their own guidelines sometimes and I have to copy paste their own guidelines for them to understand what is allowed on their own page. Incompetency at it's finest. But worry not when it comes to banning your account! Even if you got a positive review on your page months ago, an another moderator can just ban you without asking any questions for the same content! Ohh you want your account back? Just start talking to their Trust and Safety team, who will get back to you once per 1-2 days with just copy pasting their own guidelines, without answering your actual question...What a support...at this point a bot or Ai would be a better option too, than these incompetent mods ruining their customers experience on this page.

I have cancled a membership months ago…

I have cancled a membership months ago to find out they were still Chagein my 89 euro and even showing them the conversation true e mails still won’t reimburse me the money so I’ll have to close my bank account so they would basically stop talking money out
