Stained/defective product

Item arrived with strange oil stains/marks so is unwearable. Actual embroidery was also below par. Could have been remedied with minimal fuss but customer service said they couldn’t refund because of the custom nature of the item - that obviously doesn’t track. Recommend avoiding.

Product is not what is illustrated online

The wires used to illustrate the animals are far from the same as those shown on the website. Furthermore, it's been a lot of hassle to find a solution. I've been waiting for a small refund for weeks. I'm very dissatisfied; the idea is very nice. The execution could be better. It would be great to make sure the colours on the website are the same as used to work on the fabric. Also customer service could improve a little.Maroon = not pink..
