Terrible quality

Absolutely terrible. The quality is poor, with white lines around the design that won't wash out (when I contacted customer service, they suggested just cleaning it with water). I ordered two dog designs, and one of them looks like a blob of gray. It doesn’t resemble my dog at all. Given the high price, two-week wait, and poor customer service when I inquired about a return, I advise against wasting your money.

Terrible experience – low-quality product

I ordered a customized hoodie for €57.39. They promised accurate embroidery and high-quality materials, with delivery in 15 business days. In reality, the hoodie arrived over a month later, the fabric is cheap and synthetic, and the embroidery doesn’t resemble the photo I provided, despite their assurance. The images on their website are misleading and do not reflect the actual product. I advise avoiding this company.

Poor quality sweatshirt

I ordered a sweatshirt, and the fabric and printing quality were so poor that I requested a refund. They offered a 10% then 15% discount for a $50 item through generic responses. The customer service was outrageously bad. I do not recommend doing business with this company.

WHAT A JOKE

These folks gave me a terrible sweater with cats that did not look anything like my own. The quality is awful and they left huge pieces of paper attached to the stitching on the inside. The shapes, proportions, and everything else looks terrible and they stitched over the whiskers so they don't even have visible whiskers, just a couple white lines exiting the cats face that don't start from the nose area. This is a joke do NOT BUY FROM HERE
