Amazing! Our dog sadly passed away so I ordered the hoodie for my daughter who has her own pet services. The quality of the material was far better then I expected, arrived earlier then expected and the image was overwhelming and so true to our heavenly pet. Had to give 5 stars because of the amazing service experience.Bravo 👏
Very good service, they weren't comunicating a lot at the begining, mainly because everything was fine. Shipping has a little delay and I didn't notify it , spontaneously the service reached me and everything went smoothly with a little delay of 4-5 buisness day. The product itself is a very good quality and exactly what was expected.
I had a terrible experience with this company. I ordered a product worth £60, which was marked as delivered but was simply left outside in an unsecured place and ended up stolen. When I contacted customer service, they refused to take any responsibility and would not issue a refund. Instead of getting real help, all I received were automated replies that sent me around in circles with no resolution.In the end, I lost £60 and never even received the product. Very poor service and complete lack of accountability. I will not be ordering from them again, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before doing so.
