WHAT A JOKE

These folks gave me a terrible sweater with cats that did not look anything like my own. The quality is awful and they left huge pieces of paper attached to the stitching on the inside. The shapes, proportions, and everything else looks terrible and they stitched over the whiskers so they don't even have visible whiskers, just a couple white lines exiting the cats face that don't start from the nose area. This is a joke do NOT BUY FROM HERE

Received today. Looks nothing like the image I uploaded. It looks like they just use a default image of a black cat. Very disappointing

I was nervous, but they turned out great!

I was nervous given that the company was overseas; and fairly new, but I’mThrilled that our shirts turned out great! They arrived quickly, and the detail of our pets was amazing. They captured the speckles on their snouts 😄 Very happy with the end product.

You dont get what they show on their website

The shirt i got looked like a cartoon cat and not at all like my cat. They offered to make a new one, which looked just as bad. Apprently it is inpossible for them to make a shirt like the ones the show on their website.

Do not buy from here- save yourself the money and headache

For everyone getting scammed, dispute the charge on your credit card. Provide the photos. It is the only way to try and get a full refund and also helps flag them as a scam.Do not buy from here. I repeat do not buy. It is a scam. All the positive reviews here are fake and the pictures on their website and social media are fake. It claims to be in WY, and they are a sweatshop in China. Your package will arrive from China. They are trying to say how they are a 'company overseas' now, but go to the website. It says it is in Wyoming.When you tell them you want a refund, they will refuse. Or tell you that YOU have to return the item and YOU pay for all the shipping and clearance fees and they provide an address in China to ship to. And that's not a refund because you are paying $$. I have had close to 12 back and forths with them, they do not care. They lie. I went on their social media and commented about the truth, they deleted my comments and blocked me.They do not use the picture you submit. They do not provide any proofs to approve. I submitted a picture of my cat and what they sent back was atrocious. They didn't use the picture I submitted, they didn't even pretend to make it look like a cat the embroidery has no whiskers! The positive reviews are also them faking. Look at the language and similar wording. Update 12/5- They continue to refuse any refund unless customers pay for the return of the item, which makes no sense because they claim they can't use or resell a custom item.Which is hysterical, why would I ever buy from there again?

Extremely disappointing service!

I ordered a jumper for £43.36 and received a product that was not what I ordered. When I contacted the company, they admitted the issue but told me I had to pay for the return postage myself. I ended up paying £23.50 out of my own pocket to send back an item that they got wrong (non-refundable!)This whole situation has been frustrating, time-consuming, and unfair. A customer should not be financially penalised for a mistake made by the company. I would not recommend this business based on my experience at all!

I love both my hoodies

I love both my hoodies. The picture was smaller than I expected but that is a good thing. Any issues have been very promptly resolved via email. The only regret it that you cannot pre-view the image.
