I just received my hoodie with my cats' design on it. I have to be honest that the design is so bad that it doesn't look like the ones that are shown on their website. When I look at the hoodie, it is a disgrace and an insult to my cats who passed away recently...Do yourself a favour and avoid this at all costs.
I completely adore Pawaviva! A little while ago I have decided that I wanted to do a little something for myself for an early 21st birthday present (my birthday is in October). I came across across Pawaviva while scrolling on Instagram and I was a little nervous at first, knowing a good amount of companies that do these types of things are mostly scams/frauds. Pawaviva is ** NOT ** one of those companies. These beautiful people have worked with me throughout the whole process and helped ease my concerns while making the ordering and shipping process simple and at ease, as well as efficient. I grew up with my dog since I was about 4-6 years old and our bond is inseparable. 🤞🐶❤️🩹Thank you so much Pawaviva for doing what you do for an amazing cause. ❤️🩹I can't wait to see my other order once it arrives!
If you love your pet, which you do OF COURSE! I would definitely recommend you to have a beautiful sweater designed and embroidered at pawaviva. Unfortunately I don't have my 2 sweet star dogs next to me anymore, but because of this incredibly beautiful design of pawaviva I still have them a little more with me, and I think of them even more often than I already did! Really very happy with it
I ordered an embroided sweatshirt with the motive in the middle and the name below. The whole motive was tilted to the right. So no one there bothered to make user the fabrik was straight before they started and did not see how bad it was when they were finish with it.They offered me a 10% refund which I replied I did not want. They came back to me offering me to re-do my order free of charge, this time I have mail communication with the designer, I approved the design and it is now in process, fingers crossed they do a good job. I will update my review once I receive my order.Update! I received my new re-done sweatshirt, And this time everything, design, stiching, etc.. was great!! It took a little extra time but I'm very happy how it turned out.Thank you Pawawia!I can recommend Pawawia, the shipping time is a bit long but it's to be expected knowing is a make to order process. Manufactured and shipped from China.
My items came true to order and looked better than I expected. Great customer service, they stayed in touch so I knew my order was not forgotten. Even though the items had to come from over seas, they came in the time promised. Sizing was accurate as well. Overall thoroughly satisfied!
