I recently made a purchase, and one of the images I submitted looks nothing like the final result.The photo I sent was clear, with good tone and no shadows. However, they made it very dark, almost as if shadows were added. Fortunately, the other image turned out correctly.They claim there's a 20% margin of difference from the original, but in my case, the difference was far greater.They offered me a 10% refund, which I declined. For me, it's enough to know where not to buy from again.I believe a good improvement would be to send a digital preview of how the final product will look, so the customer can approve it beforehand. It seems like a simple step that could help avoid these kinds of discrepancies.
