Review Time
The product that turned up was not what was ordered. It seems that the website is set up to dupe people into buying an inferior product by use of sub headings when ordering. They therefore came back and pointed out that despite my order clearly saying I was buying a Sweatshirt the sub heading stated a t-shirt.The product that I did receive is a thin t-shirt direct from china (took a while to arrive) and is of relatively low quality.Given the response from customer service I would not order again.
I liked the presentation of your website. It was like a great introduction to what you do, coupled with a bright and cheerful celebration of positivity. It made the designing of my shirt exciting and memorable.All that said, the finished product exceeded expectations and even made me cry.
The finished product was nothing like the image sent. The image you use to market the stitching and final product is finished in higher detail than what I received. Not worth the money. Would like to send you a photo of what the finished product looks like.
The product is manufactured in China - the image of my dog is very poor and looks nothing like her and the quality of the hoody is really, really substandard. Customer service is non existent when asking for a refund. Literally the worst product and service imaginable.
