I ordered a personalised item weeks in advance after relying on delivery information shown at checkout, which indicated it would arrive well before Christmas. The order has still not arrived, and no tracking number has ever been provided.
Since ordering, I’ve received only vague, shifting explanations about “logistics issues” and “external complexities,” with no confirmed carrier, no proof of dispatch, and no realistic delivery date. The item was intended as a Christmas gift, and that purpose has now been missed.
Customer service responses have focused on token compensation offers (5–10%) rather than actually resolving the issue or providing transparency. For a time-sensitive, personalised purchase, this level of communication and reliability is unacceptable.
Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others to be wary of the delivery promises/tracker shown at checkout!!!!!!!
I ordered 3 blankets that were not inexpensive, and upon arrival, they look nothing like the images shown online. The quality is disappointing; the prints of the animals are poorly done, and despite having good lighting during the photo check, the actual products appear dark and poorly applied to the blankets. It's truly disappointing and unsuitable for gifting.
This is a fraudulent service that will take your money without delivering the product. The support team responds with generic, copy-pasted replies regardless of your inquiries. I paid for expedited shipping over three months ago, but the item has never been sent.
I did not receive any tracking details or shipment confirmation, and was advised to 'be patient' while things were still in progress. I reached out 3 and 7 days after placing my order. After following up again after 2 weeks, I received a tracking number from an overseas carrier, but it only indicated the shipping date, which was the day after I placed my order. It's odd that this wasn't mentioned earlier. The shipping information lacks an estimated delivery date. As of now, it has been 3 weeks with no clarity on when it will arrive. I ordered on Nov 24 as a gift for Christmas.
This service is ineffective. I placed an order 10 days ago, and it still hasn’t been shipped, despite my follow-up emails. They claim it has been dispatched but provide no tracking information. I should have looked at the feedback beforehand. Avoid ordering from them, as they likely do not fulfill orders and seem to take advantage of customers during the holiday season.
Initially, the service did NOT consult with me regarding this design before proceeding with production, contrary to what was stated during the purchase process. Honestly, the image embroidered on the jumper resembles a generic clip art image rather than a personalized representation. It lacks details like fur or teeth, has no black under the nose, and doesn't match the angle or pose of my pet. I submitted a lively image of my pet, hoping for a similar outcome as advertised on the website. This item was meant to celebrate our pet, yet it seems my provided image was ignored. Additionally, the embroidered name and the right side of the face exhibit stitching errors. The left sleeve also needed to be unpicked as it was sewn together incorrectly. When I reached out to the service for assistance, I was presented with unsatisfactory options - Either pay for postage on a so-called "free" replacement, which was now £15, far exceeding what I initially paid. Cover the cost to return the faulty item for a refund, but factoring in postage would leave me with half of what I originally spent, totaling £20 for wasted time. Or accept a mere 15% discount on the purchase price (considering their business practices, I doubt this includes postage/fees), which means I would save only £4.95 to have an embroidery of 'not my pet' on my jumper. Overall, my experience has been incredibly disappointing - consider yourself warned.
Terrible experience! The design looked odd and the text was poorly placed and incorrect. They positioned the text and image too low, making it appear cheap and unappealing. The fabric feels subpar and doesn't resemble cotton at all. The images on the website are misleading. The product does not justify the cost. They offered to redo it, but the second attempt was just as disappointing. I couldn't get a refund since the item was customized—extremely frustrating! I gave them another chance, and they even provided a preview of the design. However, on the shipping day, they informed me that they had made another mistake—once more. AVOID THIS COMPANY. They are similar to others from China, like some low-quality platforms.
This company is untrustworthy and doesn't adhere to consumer law! Be cautious! I received an item that measured three sizes larger than what I ordered, and the embroidery was poorly executed. I reached out to customer service to clarify if I received the wrong size or if their website was inaccurate. They requested photos, which I provided. They acknowledged their mistake but claimed the item was still wearable, despite it being excessively large. When I insisted on a return, they said I would need to cover the shipping cost to their warehouse overseas! This is their error, and according to consumer rights, they should be responsible for this. Now I’m left with no response, and my credit card company is handling this through chargeback. What a frustrating experience with such a dishonest company.
I ordered a gift for a Secret Santa event, and the product doesn't quite match the representation on the website. Although there is some resemblance to the dogs, which I appreciate, it's not exactly what I expected based on the online images. I'm somewhat let down. I'm sure the recipient will recognize their dogs, but I must admit I'm a bit frustrated. Furthermore, the quality of the sweatshirt doesn't seem to be 100% cotton as claimed. There were some unfinished stitches, and the embroidery had loose threads that needed trimming. I can't recommend this and won't order again.
The first thing I noticed was that the graphics on the hoodie were misaligned and off-center. I'd feel embarrassed to wear it. It looks nothing like the vibrant retriever image I submitted — the print I received resembles a dull, monotone lab instead. While I could overlook the color issue, the misaligned graphics are unacceptable. After several communications, they informed me that due to it being 'custom,' it couldn't be returned or exchanged. Their solution was to offer a 20% refund, which is completely inadequate. Additionally, the sizing runs very small. I would advise against purchasing from them.
