Payback is the best of the best. Worldwide investigation team. They are super complete from their initial inquiry to the comprehensive report that they provide. I was scammed out of a significant amount of money. I contacted other professionals before Payback and most of them were unavailable to help for various reasons, the money is out of country, too complicated, etc. Payback stepped up. They responded quickly, performed a thorough investigation, and a detailed plan of action to recover the stolen funds. I have full confidence in Payback, from the initial intake person, he was full of passion to help me, to the case manager, and all the other members of their outstanding team. Very high end organization. Highly recommend!!
As if right now i havent still recieved our money yet, but the communication is very clear between Payback team And myself. They give frequent calls and updates regarding the situation, they also provide details with the processes they're moving forward with. Trustable organisation in terms of trasparency and support
Title: Concerns about upfront paymentsMy experience with Payback.com was disappointing. They insisted on upfront payment before doing any work. After checking Trustpilot, I also noticed that many other reviewers have shared similar one-star experiences where they mention paying upfront and receiving nothing in return. Based on this, I would not recommend their service.
Sorry, all in all a shame. Tonight i recieved a mail, after more than 2 months (scam 2 years ago) that they can't do more and that they have closed my case!!! The persons are polite but that is it!! Nothing more!! I can tell you immediatly, this compagny do not have and did not have enough knowledge to solve my case. Many phone calls, many form letters and lots of false hope but all in all, no booking was ever made. Never!!!! So I can tell you for sure, keep your money, and never use such a company because getting your money back ... sorry ....never. Before i believed it; it was too late! So i do not recommend this compagny at all to all victims!!!! Stay there away because it will cost you extra money. Marc
Don’t use this company!!!After getting scammed for over $15,000I reached out to this company to help me and they just took over $1000 of my money and made promises they haven’t keeper and just disappeared. I fill like I got scammed ones again. Take about kicking someone when they are down. STAY AWAY! I am writing to provide a follow-up to my previous review. I received a call from a representative a few days after submitting my initial feedback. During the conversation, the representative attempted to engage in small talk and inquired about my well-being, despite my belief that the call was directly prompted by my review. I have experienced similar situations in the past where contact was initiated only after I provided feedback.It appears the representative was not fully transparent regarding the reason for her call, which leads me to question the company's practices. My concern is that the company may be misleading customers. I wish to inform the public that, in my experience, the only instances of contact from this company have been in response to my reviews. After all the experiences with Isreali people I started wondering if there is even one person in Isreal who is NOT a scammer? I was scammed by eToro, it is an Israeli forex company, and later by this company. They donot even do a research, nothing. You pay, and then nothing. months and months passed, nothing. No emails,no calls. Silence.
These people are a scam. I was scammed by scammer with a task scam. I was stupid. I called these scammers. I was stupid. They say all the right things but can't help you. Nobody can help you. I didn't believe i will ever see my lost founds, this company approach me and convince me to give them a chance to prove me that it can be recovered and they managed in just one year to recover nearly 100% of my lost founds,well done Mr Daniel for convincing me & well done Yana Heller for the hard work.
