I ordered a dog bed and blanket, and even though it took a bit longer since they were out of stock, the communication was super friendly and personal! The bed and blanket are amazing. I even ordered another blanket last week because it’s so cozy—not just for the dog! 🐶🖤
The delivery company misdelivered the two dog beds I ordered. I had no idea where they were left. I contacted the team and they responded within hours and made a new order. Christina very professional and compassionate. A day later the package was dropped off by whoever received the package erroneously. The product was incredibly soft and the dogs cozied up to their new dog beds happily. A week later, we received another order and an email from Christina saying they could not stop the order in time- enjoy or share with a friend. Incredible customer service, wonderful product! BUYER BEWARE!!!I Ordered a car bed. Didn't receive it so I contacted them with no response. I thought perhaps the order did not go through, so I ordered another one. I got the second one and then I finally heard back from Pelsbarn. They said they would look into it. It took them a month to get back to me with some bogus looking tracking from their website. They said that I got it and that they would not refund the amount. So, I wanted to return the one that I got but their return time is only 14 days with a $7.99 restocking fee. It took them so long to get back to me that I cannot return it.I also called them and left them three messages and they never returned my calls.In a nutshell: their customer service is crap and their return time is so short that when you have an issue, it's too late to return anything.BUYER BEWARE INDEED!!!
Ordered a month ago! No shipping tracking number or confirmation! Called many times over several days and wait for almost 5 minutes before they come on and say nobody can be reached at this time and hang up on me! Update: Finally received this order but it sat there in a locker for 5 days because I wasn't notified of delivery. The bed is nice and my dogs like it but I won't do business with a company who doesn't communicate again!
Disappointed in the company. Ordered sofa bed. A) Placing the order was a pain because of recurring shipping insurance fee no matter how many times I unchecked it. B) company would not provide shipping carrier tracking info. C) product arrived thrown onto driveway, not at door as posted. D) product is exceptionally thin. Base is one layer of fabric. E) not sure why but my dog reacts territorily to what I presume is smell or dander on the product - but she refuses to lay on it.
Received a product that did not come with instructions on how to install it (screen that was supposed to keep dog from getting from back to front seat). Tried to figure it out (did not fit between headrests in Prius) & sent request for instructions that were not helpful. A diagram would have been very helpful; this was a waste of money for me, donated to local shelter.
