I purchased a car bed. My dog gets carsick and the bed sooths her. It is so soft and squishy, she just sinks into it and seems to be soothing her. We drive in and out of a winding canyon and it help her from having to adjust on the seat around every turn. I also bought a blanket. She puts her head under it when she sleeps. If I give her a treat and she wants to save it for later, she will hide it in the blanket. It's getting colder here so I'm going to get another blanket for her. Her name is Sammy and she is a Red Heeler.
The size of the Medium bed received did not match the Size Chart on the website. The one I received equaled a size Small. After several e-mail rounds with pictures & written size measurements I was informed that it was indeed a Medium, which my 32lb dog could not fit in. They offered for me to exchange for an XL (don’t really carry a L). I don’t need XL for my size dog. Or, I could get a refund of 20% of what I paid, minus shipping fees that I pay for. Not worth the effort to return it. Do not trust the size measurements on their website, especially if you have a dog over 30lbs!
Good communication from business and a well made product. A seat belt (unexpected) was included with the car bed. Its very soft and fluffy and the straps to fasten it to the back seat are strong and long enough to work with. I also appreciated that some funds are used charitably.
The dog bed arrived, my dog was afraid of it. To return the bed I needed to 'apply' for permission, was told there would be a restocking fee of $20-$30, I would have to pay return shipping. I was approved for a return, the price via UPS (because of the size) was $60 - obviously I have kept this bed. It is not good quality, was very expensive. My bad for buying something without really looking at the return policy (only thing listed is that you can return within 14 days - no mention of restocking fees or having to apply to return). I assume that they would not have accepted it anyway as I did take it out of the bag though my dog would not get in the car with the bed installed. I do not think this is a legit company.
