Purchased one of their dog beds for our Kona as she gets nervous in the back seat. I had a delivery issue, reached out to their support and was happy to hear back from a real live person that took care of correcting the problem. (Thank you!) Love the new bed, well made and when we laid it out for Kona to try in the house she jumped right on. We’ve start to use it in the car and she lays in instead of standing, she’s much calmer and we feel she’s safer with the seat belt attachment. Highly recommend their products and their customer service.
I liked the idea of the Pelsbarn bed with the nice raised sides. However when it arrived, I was surprised how cheaply and flimsy it felt. I set it up and left the room and within 15 minutes, my dog had torn into the stuffing and destroyed the bed as if it were a cheap stuffed animal. I was better off with my on-sale TJ Maxx bed rather than springing $100 for this junk. On the plus side, the customer service did respond promptly - that they could offer no warranty or replacement.
I purchased the blanket to keep on my bed in the hopes that my dog would stop stealing my covers during the night. However, my cat immediately claimed the blanket for himself, and the dog only gets to use it when the cat vacates it. The fabric is incredibly soft and does great in the washer and dryer.
The site was easy to follow and easy to order the item that I wanted to purchase.However I thought what I purchased for my senior K9 fur baby would be good for her, she does not want to lay on this product at all. I thought that it would be a excellent purchase as she feels the heat, but unfortunately she doesnt want anything to to with the item.
When I had a divided order and was concerned about the bigger item delaying Pelsbrn responded and kept in touch to be sure I received my final order! My dog LOVES the cooling blanket, calming blanket and we are getting ready to take a trip so I know she's going love her backseat protection bed I just received.
My car bed was delayed, but not by much. It took two weeks and yes, it is vacuum packed so it does take a while for it to form its shape. I can understand other reviews about large breeds not being comfortable due to cushioning etc. but, I have a large Chihuahua and a Fiat500 so I wanted something to cover the whole back seat, which this does and I’ve filled it with fleece blankies too. She adores it! Makes her journey a lot more pleasant. I’ve ordered a few times from Pelsbarn and I’m yet to have a disappointing experience.
First off…let me begin by stating the most important fact…my dog loves this bed and the extra blanket like no other. She knew it was for her, and just curls up.Secondly, I had a few questions, which were all answered in a timely, friendly, knowledgeable manner. Thirdly, there was a defect in the cover, and without hesitation, they offered me a new cover. Customer service is so important. This company is tops.
I have not received my order pelsorg100453- herringbone fabric protector for sofa. I reached out to find out why the tracking information appears to not have changed after 7 days. No one answers the phone and I received a rote answer to check the tracking- which I advised I had that was the reason for the email. I emailed again after 10 days and then I get a response that says, this is not their usual stock and the warehouse is prioritizing their other orders. what does that even mean- they offer these on their website as their product. I get an email then saying, that the warehouse now will ship in two days and I have to wait another 7- 10 days for the delivery. For my touble they said they would throw in a blanket to which I responded, I do not need the blanket and could they expedite it? took a day to respond and they said they would ask the warehouse! What kind of customer service is this???? They had no problem charging me immediately, but I have no confirmation that the item will ever be shipped. The tracking information gives no other information but that the order was received- clearly because they charged me. It's been more than the initial 7- 10 days. I have requested a refund today! I will find a more reliable company. I wish I had found these reviews before I ordered the sofa cover. I advised them that I would file a report with the BBB if I did not confirmation of my refund request by Monday. I will also dispute with my credit card company, if I do not receive the money back. BEWARE.
