Buyer beware!!! I had many issues with the delivery of their product (car seat protector), it did not arrive till 4 days AFTER tracking said it was delivered. I complained and when the product finally arrived (in a box torn to pieces) I decided that I did not even want to open the product inside this torn up box. Mainly because of the poor customer service/terrible delivery I received in just buying this product. If they treat their customers this badly anything they make will be of the same caliber. When I started a return I was told beside the $7.95 restocking fee, I would be required to mail back to them and the cost will be from $20-$30! I had to fill out an extremely ridiculous ''return'' form and then told I had to wait an additional 48 hours for this sham company to give me return address information so I can mail to them. This will be roughly 7 days of dealing with this sham company and they only give you 14 days to return product? Trying to force me to keep product, they said accept a 20% discount? On a $186 (with tax) that's about $37....no thanks- you have ripped me off enough. I told them I want nothing to do with this company and their deceptive advertising. Also, they sent a ''free'' blanket that I hope does not require an additional restocking fee since I did not ask for it or even want it, they just sent it and now I have to pay to mail back this ''free'' blanket, so I lose more money!! DON'T BUY FROM THEM, I wish I had never seen their ad. Wish I had never wasted my money. Wish I had never heard of this company. I am beyond disgusted.
I ordered a pet bed on Nov. 28 & paid for priority shipping. I still hadn’t received it by 12/11 so emailed requesting a status update. They responded that it was a very busy season & please have patience. I emailed again on 12/18 & their respond was that they were still processing & please be patient & if I contacted them ur would just push my request further down in Queue (basically admonishing me for contacting them. On the shipping website it said they had received in their warehouse on 12/10 & preparing for shipment. Now it shows that my order expired. Interesting thing is that my emails from them regarding confirmation of my order & their responses are missing from my inbox. I called their customer service line & after sitting in hold for 20 min received a recording that they couldn’t answer my call & to try again later. This is absolutely ridiculous!!! I have ordered from them in the past with no issues. Have no idea what is going on.1/14 - update. I was contacted by Christine from customer service who profusely apologized & stated my item must have gotten lost. She shipped out a replacement & I got a tracking update. Hoping for the best but we’ll see. I received my replacement bed as promised so my opinion of their customerService is better. They were very apologetic & responsive which is great, but getting ahold of them was difficult. The bed online looked luxurious & plush but the bed is not. The material is thin & the padded roll was lumpy & not very soft & full as depicted in the picture. I have ordered the cooling bed which was good quality but the couch plush bed is poor quality. I probably will not continue purchasing their products.
BUYER BEWARE! I have been trying to get a refund from Pelsbarn since11/25/24 for a couch bed. It cost $55.00 to return the $120. item this is because this isn't a company in CA you have to return the items to Canada! Now almost 1 month later and runaround emails, they want me to have USPS re-route the package. Pelsbarn has the tracking proof my package arrive in Canada! 1 month later and I'm out $170.00. This is not a USA company, I believe the company is in China based on packaging. I want my refund! I have again followed up and was told last week I would get my refund and I would need to go to USPS to get the $55.00 refund for Pelsbarn giving me an incorrect return address. I am now out $175.00 for a cheap imported pet bed for my couch. The quality is awful, customer service is beyond poor! This company doesn't deserve even 1 star. IT IS A SCAM!!!! I want my money back!!!
I paid and ordered a car seat for my new puppy arrival to commute to work…after 3 weeks still nothing (i was told 7-10 days). No one answers the phones and no one replies to emails. Now ive had to spend money elsewhere to but something else (i have no choice) without knowing if i will ever receive my order :(
Fabulous products. Great offers. Wonderful customer service. My English Bulldog loves his cooling mat, it is great quality, and goes with our decor. And the calming blanket was a great addition for when he lays in the doorway to lookout the storm door on cold days. It is so soft and fluffy!
The product shipped to me did not at all match the colors shown on their website photos. When I tried to get it returned, they repeatedly promised to exchange it, but then refused to do so. Their customer service was unreliable, untruthful, and has that sent unresponsive. We went back and forth for several months before I finally reported them to my credit card company and they forced Pelsbarn to issue a refund.
