I booked Pepperfry TV unit on 9 August order number - 310485826. After long wait of 20 days and crying, on 29th August your mistri Pradeep ( Mobile 7985781659 ) visited me to assemble TV unit.He didn't allow me a few seconds to take pictures of the packed box after removing plastic, he was in such a tearing hurry.After working for a few more minutes, when he was fixing back side boards, I asked him which side these wholes will fall. He was fixing them in wrong manner and still he got angry on me and left the site leaving every thing scattered. Enclosing photos of the same, these photos have been shared with Elante Mall, Chandigarh branch manager Punjit Singh and Warehouse manager Ashok Yadav.While running away, Pradeep told me "ab aap court kachehri karo".Please teach manners to your staff before you send them to your customers' homes. Do the background check before you hire someone to send to your customers' homes. Always backs out from his own words. He committed assembly of my TV unit multiple times, it never happened. No one ever reached the site on his given time. Till now he was dilly dallying, today he has officially agreed that he can't get it assembled. Please take your product back.---------------------------------------------------------------------------Pepperfry employs the most crooked sales staff who don't let you get a feel of ultra pathetic after sales services. These people are just interested in pocketing the money and they damn care what happens to the customer later on. Punjit, branch manager and chandan Arya, sales person at pepperfry, Elante Mall, Chandigarh did the same to me.They don't have infrastructure to service what they sell. They have goons type mannerless mistrys, who will misbehave with you after entering your house. Pradeep mistri came to my house and ran away with in few minutes, after opening the box, left everything scattered and told me "ab aap court kachehri karo".They start crying it you tell them to take it back. Never buy pepperfry products.

Pathetic service.The product is not of great quality and every day a new carpenter is assigned and he don't respond to the calls and the uninstalled bed is lying.Even after contacting their customers care they are least bother to resolve issue , they have one answer just wait for two more days .Do not buy from pepperfry , fraud people.
Horrible support team they have, absolutely clueless. They will not give you an update on the delivery date; you are expected to sit at home and wait for delivery. Customer care is clueless and only follows a script, making it one of the worst experiences I have had. Trust me, do not buy from them.
Its Lousy service . I placed order on 6 aug where it was confirmed that I shall receive by 10 Aug. I have not received till 12 Aug and there is no communication from them. We can not call them . Tracking shows order placed & nothing more. Avoid using them as poor service & on top of that Poor communication.
wanted to share my recent experience with Pepperfry.com, which turned out to be deeply frustrating and disappointing.I ordered a mattress (ProAdapt Dr. Certified 4D Sleep Tech ErgoMax 8 Inch Latex King Size) using my card to get the associated benefits. Unfortunately, I realized the very next day that I had selected the incorrect mattress size. Since my order hadn't shipped, I immediately reached out to their customer care for correction.Despite multiple discussions, the only solution Pepperfry provided was to cancel and rebook the order, with the catch that they would deduct a 2.5% cancellation fee—simply for trying to fix a genuine mistake on a non-shipped order. As a customer who values transparency and fairness, this was disappointing, to say the least.To make matters worse, after I followed their instructions and initiated the cancellation, I received an email from Pepperfry stating they would NOT be able to proceed with my order cancellation (despite their own advice to cancel and reorder!). The email went on with a generic explanation about their process, failing to offer any logical reason or support, and only directed me to contact them via website or chat for further help. After much back-and-forth, my cancellation was finally acknowledged, but by then the experience had left a bitter taste.The lack of flexibility, unclear policies, and the unnecessary penalty for a basic error—on top of the impersonal and unhelpful communication—was extremely disappointing. The overall attitude showed no real concern for customer satisfaction or retention.Given this experience, my recommendation is to avoid shopping at Pepperfry if you have any other options. There are other platforms in the market that respect their customers' concerns and won't penalize you for making a simple, honest mistake.Think twice before choosing Pepperfry — it could end up costing you more than you bargained for, not just in money, but in time and peace of mind.
I ordered a product from Pepperfry.com last month and paid the full amount upfront. At the time of purchase, they gave me a delivery date of August 7. I waited patiently, but the item was never delivered—even beyond the promised date.Worse, I contacted their customer care multiple times via email, and every time I received the same automated reply: “Your product will be delivered on or before 7th August.” Even on August 8, I got the same copy-paste response. There was no way to speak to a real person, no proper escalation channel, and absolutely no customer service to resolve the issue.They also refused to cancel the order or issue a refund, leaving me stuck with no product and no support. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a scam—they took my money and failed to fulfill their basic promise.⚠️ Please be cautious before purchasing from Pepperfry.
