DONT BUY FROM PEPPERFRY Worst experience with PepperfryWorst customer service. Worst delivery service. Their system is always having issues And they say this is the first time. The guys sitting in that store cannot even spell the products and giving false confirmation about the products and services. They first place your order in their store when you walk in and still manage to deliver wrong item. Also there escalation service start in night after 8:30 pm. This pepperfry is indian why they are having such wierd timingsHad to visit the store 5-6 times Such a harassment to the customer
We received an obviously defective desk from Pepper Fry. Apparently it had been dispatched without even the most basic quality assurance checks.We immediately provided photographic evidence of the defect to Pepper Fry.We were auto-robotically placed in the Pepper Fry blackhole of dysfunction.We had paid by credit card, so raised a dispute with the credit card company.Some 7 weeks after paying for the table, the credit company returned the money in full.In the meantime we found a similar desk from another online retailer at half the price we paid Pepper Fry. The legs on this desk were properly jointed. The Pepper Fry desk’s legs were just held on with screws.
Pepperfry is filled with unprofessionals. They are the worst ecommerce company I have ever come across. their delivery is bad and if you find a defective product, then return is no less than a nightmare. They are so unprofessional that they are unashamed to receive the brickbats from the customers. I feel the employees they have are trained to digest all the scoldings and brickbats they receive. these are the case numbers OC-271124-0168, WR-031124-0032..
Pepperfly said my visa card was rejected 3 times by my bank. They pressured me to pay by app which is not as secure as a bank. I called my bank and they verified that no request for payment was submitted by pepperfly. Pepperfly was lying to me. I canceled the order. Pepperfly then attempted to process the order 3 times later that day under a different name. My bank stopped the charge and put my account on hold.
Disappointed with Quality and Service from PepperfryI recently ordered two items from Pepperfry – a wardrobe and a queen-size storage bed – and my experience was nothing short of disappointing.Starting with the wardrobe, it’s baffling that a product meant to last would come so poorly constructed. While the three main sides seemed sturdy, the back panel was just a thin sheet barely attached, making it feel incredibly flimsy. It’s as if Pepperfry took shortcuts that severely impact the wardrobe’s durability and stability.The queen-size storage bed was even worse. Despite the website's promise, it arrived without any lift-up functionality for the storage, which was one of the key features I was looking forward to. Additionally, the bottom ply for storage wasn’t even attached properly – it covered barely 14 cm, making it practically unusable for storage purposes. The bed I saw in the local store was clearly not the one I received.When I reached out for support, the response was as disappointing as the products. I was told that no returns would be accepted, and my only option was to accept a subpar product. If I refused, the product would return to the warehouse, and my money wouldn’t be refunded. It’s frustrating that a brand like Pepperfry would have such rigid and unhelpful policies.I expected more from Pepperfry and am deeply disappointed with both the product quality and customer service. Buyers, please be cautious – the products may look good online, but the reality is quite different.
I have had the worst experience with Pepperfry people. The quality of the furniture & the making is pathetic. The after-sale service is even worse. No one gives clear answers and they have no resolution for the bad quality they are selling

I later learned that the merchant wasn’t even contacted about the missing parts until I escalated the issue.What makes this even more puzzling is that the branch is mostly empty, with very few customers around, yet the staff still offered no help after the sale. Despite having little else to do, they were reluctant to assist with my concerns. For example, I had to reach out to the manufacturer directly to track a delayed mattress because the branch staff didn’t provide support. One staff member even said it wasn’t their responsibility, which was shocking for such a well-known brand.I had higher expectations when buying from a physical store, thinking the service would be more reliable, but the after-sales support has been disappointing. If you’re planning to shop at this branch, be cautious, as their follow-up and accountability seem to disappear once the sale is made.

Sofa Set: The sofa broke within three months of purchase. A representative from your company came to repair it, but the same issue has reoccurred. I have raised this complaint multiple times but have not received a satisfactory resolution.2. Bed: Recently, I reported a problem with the bed as well. The representative who visited suggested I consult my carpenter for repairs, which is not the level of service I expected from your company.Moreover, I was quoted a charge of ₹9000 for the sofa repair, which is unacceptable given that the issues arose so soon after purchase.I would appreciate your urgent attention to this matter. The delivery of items has no schedules. Customer Service does not respond and takes at least 2-4 days to read a mail on csatpepperfry.com or supportatpepperfry.com….action to be taken has different time limit. Delivery is not done as per tracking of website. They will call when they reach your city with your order and they will continue to call unless you come out of your grave and reach home to take delivery.Very Bad Experience with Pepperfry.
DO NOT BUT FROM THEM. they're nothing but cheaters and swindlers. They sell fake wood products. If you guys have anything in laminate finish pour a little water over it and see the sticker peel off. These guys have delivered fake products with the claim that it's engineered wood and this and that. Their service is the worst. You'll save yourself from headaches and you will end up saving your money.
