Bought a office chair. Lever got broken . For more than 15 days they kept on lingering and were not bothered to repair nor give any solution. Zero service and insensitive people. I would suggest not to buy any thing from Peppefry.
I have been complaining about theinbelievably inferior quality of the sofa since last 11 months Numerous phone calls from them only promising immediate replacement We husband and wife both have severe back pain on using the sofa I have lost any hope now I wonder if I should seek other avenues like consumer court now as this company should not be allowed to trade like this any morPlease do not use this company
I have brought 3 fancy lights hanging from PEPPERFRY and they have delivered only 2. When asked they say they have proofs that 3 were packed. So frustrating. Have sent many mails along with pictures and videos of the unboxing the package and had plenty of conversations with the team. Apart from a sad annoying "SORRY" they have nothing else to say or do. Never thought a well-established company to have such bad service. Keep up the good work. Soon you'll lose the market.
It is the worst site don’t sho anything from them we bought a bed and mattress bed was broken they are saying that it is a manufacturing defect mattress is also torn from the stitches which they are refusing to take the customer executive are very bad there is no direct no we have to wait for their stupid answers they are cheaters don’t buy anything from them Amazon and flip kart are too much better these people are cheaters

You sent a Carpentar again - this time he uploaded pictures that the product was not fit for repair - I have written 20 mails since then, a person called Yakoob was assigned and he hasn’t replied - I’ve left messages on your customer care number as well. It’s really sad to dupe customers , to chase them for sales and then leave them high and dry when you send bad quality products .
Past 70 and with an open heart surgery behind, i was advised to use a very soft mattress to lie down so that it would do good to my ailing heart. Researching for the same, misled by an advertisement of Pepperfry that they have a mattress titled Bouncy, I ordered for the same under the mistaken impression that Bouncy would be a soft one. Delivered ahead of the promised date, on opening the package and examining the same I found rather contrary to the ad, that it was very hard and not bouncy at all. When spread out the three pieces folded together were not even and flat, with significant gaps in between. Lying on it even for a couple of hours would give a back ache for sure. Appealing to them through mail to take back the product and return the money paid, seems to have fallen on deaf ears. I get a stock reply that this is not a returnable item. It looks like I am now saddled with a useless product and the money I paid has gone up in smoke. I am forced to write this review so that if someone is looking for a soft product, then this is not the one.
I ordered the Hopton solid wood long bench in walnut finish from their website and paid for the assembly too. Even after several days of furniture delivery nobody reached out to me for assembling the furniture and nobody picked up the phone when I tried calling. Their excuse was that the delivering merchant should call and assemble the furniture but if I have paid Pepperfry for my order and assembly, shouldn’t they make sure that the delivered furniture is assembled? Their customer service is pathetic and I’m very disappointed.
I bought a cot from Pepperfry in May 23 and lodged a complaint on 5 sep23 sharp edge,peel off,Squeaking noise.It took 1 month for the carpenter to have a look at it.Got a mail on 7 Oct 23 from them stating usage issue..Have filed legal complaint
