VERY HONEST FEEDBACK-Pepperfry is extremely bad company, customer service is worst, they do not respond on your complaints/ issues at all, no matter how many times you call them and even if they call, they will never help you in any area, even if you have faced countless issues against them, they won't have any solution for your complaints. Their discount offers are complicated, their " track your order" option is complicated ..they have totally illogical and complicated procedures in everything
We bought a customised wardrobe with long hanging for dresses, this order was customised with us and store selling agent, we received the wardrobe after approximately 10 days and for our surprise it was a regular wardrobe from their catalogue without the long hanging part and we customised with the seller, also the wardrobe has arrived cracked inside.No one from the customer service took responsibility and also the selling agent, they said that it is what we ordered and the crack wasn't there when the carpenter assembled it, after he finished assembling it he immediately left, we took the picture immediately after he left and sent it to the company, they said it is our problem!.Do yourself a favour, go to other shop save you money and nerves!.
My experience with pepperfry is a nightmare. I ordered a king size cot with mattress. It took 10 days to reach. Thereafter installation failure. My repeated emails and calls nobody is responsible in customer care. Finally customer care calls me and informs that they're arranging reverse pick up without my consent. I paid advance payment and my money will be paid to me after 3-5days. What a funny company. I will never recommend pepperfry to anyone.
I have had a terrible experience with these guys.I request all yo please don't purchase anything from their site else you will have your money stuck with no product left in hand.They don't have any proper functioning return policy,you will stuck with the cheap and low quality products.I bought a bedsheet having terrible poor quality &refused the second incoming at doorstep and I don't have any updates from them since 3 weeks now.Product quality will fail you miserably Don't go on the fancy items as it looks online, it will be far worse.
I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with Pepperfry after purchasing a 'Claire Sheesham Wood Writing Table in Scratch Resistant Honey Oak Finish'. My experience with both the product quality and customer service has been nothing short of appalling.The product was delivered on 17th August 2024, and from the start, I noticed several issues:1. **Absence of Acrylic Scratch-Resistant Coating**: The product description clearly mentioned an acrylic scratch-resistant finish, but this was entirely absent. The surface is rough, and this was the first defect I reported.2. **Uneven Tabletop**: There are visible depressions on the tabletop, making it uneven and poorly finished.3. **Mismatched Drawer Finishes**: One of the drawers has a completely different finish from the rest of the table, giving it a mismatched and inconsistent look.4. **White Patches on the Surface**: The table has several white patches and an overall substandard finish.After raising a complaint, a carpenter was sent to inspect the table, and he confirmed the defects, even recording a video that showed the absence of the acrylic coating and the other problems. I was initially told that a replacement would be processed, but what followed was a complete breakdown of customer service.Over the next two weeks, I received numerous calls about delays due to issues with the merchant, only to later be informed that my replacement request had been *canceled without any explanation*. When I asked for a reason, the customer support representative was dismissive and stated that my request had been rejected with no further recourse.The situation escalated when a customer service agent accused me of fabricating the issue about the missing acrylic coating—something I had raised from my very first complaint! This accusation was not only false but also highly offensive. The agent was rude, condescending, and unprofessional, ending the call without resolving any of the issues I faced.I expected a reputable brand like Pepperfry to take responsibility for the defective product and to provide a prompt solution. Instead, I’ve encountered poor product quality, delays, dismissiveness, and an utterly unhelpful customer service experience.I strongly advise against purchasing from Pepperfry. If you value quality and expect even a basic level of customer service, it would be wise to look elsewhere. My experience has been extremely disappointing, and I am still waiting for a satisfactory resolution to this issue.

I would not recommend anyone to order from pepperfry.All their products are outsourced and they have no control on quality. They delivered me broken table and are insisting they will take it back and credit wallet account where I will be forced to rebuy from them or to their stores upi account where their manager is on 2 weeks leave n I will waste my time chasing for the refund.after wasting 20 days paying 100 percent advance this is hoe they treat you n saying we deliberately not done. I am sitting with their broken table n 100 percent amount prepaid.
