None of their coupons work. They do false advertising on their website. Their customer service representatives are unhelpful and rude. They give false information on their description also. Beware. Do not buy from them.

Pepperfry is a loot

It has been more than 15-20 days now I have complained to pepperfry about the inferior quality of sofa received.sofa does not have the required amount of cushion filed in it and the wooden structure in the sofa is easily felt to body when resting on it.this sofa is not of the required standard quality.i have already complaint about this to company multiple times now along with the photo & video.but company service representative is not moving ahead with the solution point of view but just kept asking for phota and video always. The issue is stuck here only and no movement ahead.i am being looted by pepperfry with approx 15k substandard sofa received. I want refund and do not want to buy any product from pepperfry again and will not recommend anyone to pepperfry in future.

Mintwud products are sub standard

Sub standard product sold on their platform showing bigger saving to customers which is untrustworthy to such an esteemed brand! My recent experience with customer care support for an fungus infestation warranty was very frustrating and totally disappointing. Caution to customers while buying MintWud brand products from Pepperfry. Read their warranty carefully before investing in their products. It is not worth the value for money!

HORRIBLE SERVICE

I had ordered 2 cupboards and a sofa from Pepperfry.For the past 2 months I have been asking for a visit to check on the couch that has cracked and the cupboards where the platform is curving1. Their sales person force you into buying it. That experience is truly overwhelming2. In the stores; they MAKE you buy it from their account itself, even if you have your own account (so you forfeit your offer and they get a benefit)3. Their after sales service and their customer care is PATHETIC BEYOND WORDS.4. Their customer service keeps postponing the appointment on their own, the carpenter kept coming to the house due to that, and we were not available, they kept sending emails saying the technician came but no one was at home. Even after telling them to send someone between Thursday and Saturday. They would send the technician on the other days. I was finally fed-up and closed the case.5. Their technicians are not treated well at all.. which is a huge red flag.

Completely horrible experience!

What a horrible company and what terrible customer care service! I recently ordered a product from Pepperfry which was not delivered to our address, but it has been marked as Delivered. It was supposed to have been delivered on 25th August 2023, but it did not arrive as expected and there was no message or email from the company giving an update as to why it was not. After much chasing and calling Pepperfry about 20 times, we heard that the product was damaged in transit and no commitment on when the new furniture would be delivered. I had immediately asked that the order be cancelled and refund initiated. Again the customer care person said they would cancel the order immediately, but no email or message regarding the same. After several more calls and messages to Pepperfry, I did not receive any help/response from them. Later, I got a message from Pepperfry after all this mess saying the product was delivered, when in fact it HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED and I had wanted the order cancelled. The Customer care says they cannot track or help, only the Studio who took the order is responsible. The Studio says they dont know and only the agent who took the order is responsible. The agent has vanished, not taking my calls and now the studio is saying that she is on leave. If we send an email, no response although they say they will respond within 24 hours.

Pathetic scenario: The order was confirmed and later canceled due to a listing issue and still the item is listed. Seems Pepperfry allowed the deep discounts to lure the customers and later on cancel the order as failed to provide the item at discounted prices

I purchased a Mexico Coffee Table in…

I purchased a Mexico Coffee Table in Wenge Walnut Colour By Furnitech (Solid Wood) from Pepperfry in Y2020 and its still within 36 months of warranty. After I had highlighted the crack that I could observe recently in my product at the intersection point between leg of the table and side panel of the table (a Screw joining both the spare parts), a technician was sent out for inspection. The technician inspected to confirm that this manufacturing defect and it could be replaced once spare part is delivered by the company but to my surprise I received a call in 2 days time from Pepperfry team to suggest this damage does not qualify as manufacturing defect but a usage defect (normal tear and wear). How can this be a wear and tear issue when a crack is observed at the intersection point!! I am extremely disappointment with such a after sales service and would certainly not make any future purchases from such company who cheats customer in the name of usage defect even though the product is well defined within warranty.

Extremely Poor Customer Service

Horrible, unapologetic and unprofessional are the only words to describe the onsite team at the Pepperfry studio on Ring Road (Lajapt Nagar). Ms. Shreya (Store Manager), Mr. Vikram and Mr. Naman absolutely don't know how to behave with customers. Not only they do nothing to fix an issue but will keep arguing on how wrong the client is whilst they stand firm on their ground. The upper management at Pepperfry should seriously send these three for retraining so they don't tarnish the company name and create more unhappy and dissatisfied clients like us!

We had bought a cot with storage…

We had bought a cot with storage compartments from Pepperfry Trivandrum. To our uttershock the base of the bad had just 8 planks of plywood thrown onto the floor without any attachment to the outer frame work of the cot. Further the storage sections had no hinges attached. So if we have to keep things inside or remove them, we have to first take out the planks and keep them out of the cot and then keep or take out things. We complained to their main customer service and as usual they would apologize and that's it. The customer service person in their shop here in turn put the blame on us and told we should have asked him about the hinges. 4 times we called their main customer service and the result they've closed this complaint. So literally for a cot we have an outer structure of a cot and 12 planks of plywood. Worst place to buy furniture. We've lost our money...and they must be happy they've fooled one more customer.Not even one star for them. But we can write a review only after clicking on the stars. So gave.
