DAYLIGHT ROBBERY! Ordered 2 x queen sized mattresses. Lead time 10 days (Amazon is 1!). Only 1 arrived, wrong size! Since then, I’ve sent 10 emails, talked to 3 “dedicated” agents, multiple chats, sent all “photo and video evidence” with rigid instructions proving the product was incorrect, and after PF were satisfied I was being honest…. they said a vendor would arrive. YET it stays sat in my house after 3 failed pick ups because each time their VENDOR sends a vehicle that’s too small to fit the mattress… 3 times!! The robots at PF won’t process my refund, won’t follow up with the vendor, and whenever I reach out, I get the autopilot message of “we will check with our internal team and come back after 3 days.” As of today 1 hour ago my issue remains OPEN, 6 weeks on and my money stuck. Nobody cares! If this is how PF is making money, they need to be sued!!
Hello All, I brought a bed in 2023 and it was delivered broken and I thought they have improved and bought couple of wardrobes and again they delivered a broken base piece and although I have raised a refund and replacement request I am not getting closure. Very inefficient customer service.
What an amazing experience it has been. I really wanted to gift my father a recliner, did a good research and found the best one named Norton RRR on Pepperfry. This is now the best furniture piece at my home fulfilling the need of a recliner as well as a rocking chair. Thank you Pepperfry.
Products are not sturdy. The company took 5 months to replace a wrong product after 5 unsuccessful attempts and ended up with sending a product which was not assembled properly by their engineer. Very bad experience overall. Never buy from them.
The experience with pepper fry is one of the worst ever I have experienced. Products are not that great when compared with the price. But the worst part is their customer service. They do not respond to you from the moment the payment is done. they dont receive call if they know that the particular customer is calling, do not reply to messages as well. By mistake if they receive call, they give other person's number, They make reasons not to talk to you by saying Out of station, not reached the store, Having lunch nd so on stories. I had to hit my head dealing with the unprofessional staffs there.. I wont suggest this outlet as so... many other brand stores available at banglore..but No Pepper Fry again!

Even the carpenter sent by Pepperfry admitted that the wood used is of very poor quality and won’t last.I raised a complaint immediately and have been following up via calls, chats, and emails for days — but there has been zero proper response or resolution from Pepperfry’s end. Every time, I get the same scripted replies and no real action.I clearly asked for a full refund and reverse pickup, but they have done nothing so far. This kind of service is completely unacceptable, especially from a brand that claims to be trustworthy.My advice: DO NOT buy furniture from Pepperfry. Pepperfry Bangalore: My Worst ExperienceThis has been my worst and most pathetic experience with Pepperfry. The service is terrible, and the company’s overall approach is highly disappointing.I had ordered a shoe rack that was supposed to be delivered on the promised date, but it wasn’t. There was no update or communication regarding the delay. I had to initiate contact myself, which was another challenge—they mostly prefer chat over calls. On chat, I kept getting the same automated responses from different people, with no real resolution.After 2–3 days, the product was finally delivered—but it wasn’t what I had ordered. I showed the delivery person a picture of the actual product I ordered, but he simply said, “We’ve been told to deliver this, please contact customer care.”To make things worse, Pepperfry had charged me for an assembly service, but the product came already assembled—and damaged. The plywood on the shoe rack was coming off. I raised a complaint with customer service, and they asked me to share pictures. Initially, they suggested a replacement, to which I agreed. But again, there were no updates—neither from the customer care team nor on the app (which is completely useless, by the way).After two days, I told them I no longer wanted a replacement—I wanted a return instead. I had lost confidence in their delivery and was unsure about the product quality. They agreed, but again, I received no updates. I had to keep following up through chat and calls.On calls, they would tell me the pickup would happen in 5 days. On chat, I’d get the same automated responses with no real answers. It was extremely difficult to connect with their customer support.It took nearly 12 days for them to finally pick up the product—after endless calls, chats, and emails. They asked me to send emails, but never responded. Instead, I received automated replies stating that my query was “resolved” even though nothing had been done. At one point, they even sent emails claiming I had denied or canceled the pickup, which was completely false.The entire process was frustrating. Due to this delay, I couldn't even buy a replacement product. I suggested that if they couldn’t pick up the product, they should at least refund me and collect the item whenever they wanted. Finally, after a long struggle, they took the product back, and I received my refund.Even my family members have faced similar issues with Pepperfry regarding product quality, delayed delivery, and the return process. Despite that, I took the risk of ordering—but it turned out to be a big mistake.My sincere advice: DO NOT buy anything from Pepperfry.The service is poor, the product quality is bad, and customer support is completely unhelpful.Instead, go for local stores or trusted online furniture platforms like Home Centre, Urban Ladder, or Maple.
