PetScreening is a simple form billed as a paid subscription service that only gets use because it's mandated by landlords. There is no way on the site to cancel once you're done with whatever awful landlord mandated it, and the process in the help document for how to cancel is not reflected in the site.PetScreening extracts extra fees from tennents for dubious services provided to the landlord. The world would be better if this leech of a company jumped in a bucket of salt.
It's been 1 week an 2 days and still no response. The chat was not responsive and my documents were submitted with no followup. I'm not sure what type of games are being played when housing is a priority. My family is still without a home as a result. Complete waste of time and poor communication. This isn't about ensuring documentation but about how money can be charged and they are working to gain the landlords a reason to scam you out of deposits and deny application.... completely sad to take advance of people in need of housing. I will ensure that I raise awareness about this company to ensure no one I know and lives fall prey to this twisted process.
Submitted a request for emotional support animal acceptance for my appartment. My letter was written by a LICENSED PROFESSIONAL WHO HAS HAD ESAs ACCEPTED NUMEROUS TIMES FOR OTHER PEOPLE and I was denied. I had to get her to rewrite the letter, and after submitting it a week ago, I've heard nothing.Absolutely attrocious company, DO NOT GO THROUGH THEM IF YOU DONT HAVE TO. Our landlord goes through this company, so we have no choice.
DO NOT USE THIS FOR YOUR ESA. THEY ARE WOEFULLY IGNORANT OF THEIR LEGAL BOUNDARIES AND WILL SHUT DOWN YOUR ENTIRE PROFILE WITH YOUR LANDLORD AND DECLARE YOUR MEDICALLY APPROVED ANIMAL AS A PET BASED ON THEIR OWN MISTAKES. THEY ARE NOT PREPARED TO HANDLE THE SEVERITY OF THE RESULTS OF THEIR ACTIONS.
