To Meghan from PetScreening - I would like to express my deepest gratitude to you. While this may not be the ‘norm’, you have provided me with the highest level of customer care/service. I would go so far as to reference it as concierge service, tailored to my needs. You have ‘spoon fed’ me every step of the way, ensuring all requirements of the application process were met, communicating with me consistently, and offering condolences regarding our loss of Rocket. You took your role a step further by assigning me your 'personal goal', ensuring my comforts and needs were beyond, met. What stands out most for me was your genuine attitude, your patience, and your constant communications with me. If I could recommend anything on your behalf, it would be a promotion, a pay raise, or at the very least a bonus.As someone born in the ‘Boomer’ generation, I cannot recall the last time I received this level of service. I am completely blown away by the professionalism, and effort this company made to ensure my paperwork was reviewed and processed in a timely manner. I spoke with Mrs. Courtney who took the time to walk me through the process of getting all my paperwork in the system. She was so sweet, and took the time to hear my concerns.
