I had updated my No Pet/PreScreening in early March. However, I kept receiving emails saying that my account had expired. Kristena really helped me a lot! She did research and found that I had PetScreening accounts with two different email accounts. She eliminated one of them, so the problem is solved. I really appreciate her perseverance and diligence in locating the cause of my problem and resolving it in a timely manner!! She was very helpful and pleasant to work with.
Kristena was able to help me get a duplicate account deleted so that the PetScreening process could be completed for my sister and I. She was so helpful, super friendly, and very quick at responding and made this process very easy.
