Quick, easy and good customer service. Phone arrived on Saturday. Got an email on tuesday and they had reduced my offer from £500 to £420. After speaking to them on WhatsApp we ended up settling at £460 which was perfectly fine for me as the phone had a couple scratches and a camera issue that I had not noticed. Overall would recommend and I can now see why they have 5 stars.
Initial experience positive with a good offer of £350 for my iPhone 13 Pro. Disappointed when the offer was updated to £220 due to damage which I feel was extremely harsh as the phone was in excellent condition. After requesting my phone back I was informed I needed to pay £10 for it to be returned to which I agreed. Offer was then updated twice before finally agreeing on a price of £300. The gentleman on the phone was polite but it did feel like offering less than the original price was common practice and they hoped I would accept the lower offer. They did offer to send photos but I already have photos of when o sent the phone and I was confident the phone is in excellent condition. In future would probably just sell privately. Shame, started well but feel like the initial offer was never going to be achieved.
A good experience, paid as promised. The only advice would be for them to send an email once a package has been received, there was 24-hour delay between delivery to their depot and acknowledgement. To be fair there was a near instant response when I emailed them to check.
