After sending my what was classed has broken iPhone 14 Pro Max I received full payment the very same day so overall I am very pleased to give this 5* rating and would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again
I was quoted £400 which I accepted, received the packaging and sent the phone back. I was the 'requoted' almost half as there were 'scratches' around the case and interestingly the camera did not work. They sent me videos apparently showing the scratches and non functioning camera. It was a video on my phone I had sent them showing a non working camera. Do not trust these people, absolute scammers. When I pointed this out to them they accepted a higher offer that I made to them. I got the phone back, and the camera was fine.
I got the quote online and requested a return package, i received this within a few days, sent my phone to phonebox got a reply saying they had received my phone and in the process of checking it over, i received my payment within s couple of hours. First class service all round.
