Excellent service, I would highly recommend PhoneBox to anybody looking to sell their phone. After receiving a ridiculously low offer from my service provider to recycle my iPhone 12 Pro Max, I decided to try PhoneBox based on their 5* Trustpilot reviews and I was not disappointed! I did get a lower offer than what I was initially quoted however that is to be expected with these things and they gave me a full explanation as to why my offer had decreased, I thought they were fair in their assessment. Even with the decrease, their offer was still way more than the other offer I received and the money was in my bank account within 4 hours of them receiving my device. The whole process only took one day from sending my device to receiving my payment and I was kept updated throughout. I will definitely recommend their service to friends and family and will be using them again in the future.
