New AI MODEL SUCKS!

They recently switch to their own "UPGRADED" AI model as what the owner calls it and the app has gone down the drain. It creates unrealistic AI backgrounds, everything out of place and proportion. Owners refuse to change back to the older AI model even though tons of complains on their Facebook group.They increased the prices on the users then gave them this absolute garbage AI model now. The app is unusable. Also they ban people who complain about this on their Facebook group.Do not give your money to these scamming profit hungry people.

I paid for three weeks, got zero

I paid for three weeks, but the pro-version never worked. I tried to follow the instructions to activate pro without any luck. I offered them evidence that it didnt work, but they only offered me another 1 week for free.When you have a bug in your app that makes it impossoble use pro you cant charge money for it.Horrible support. There are better options out there. Ill nevet use such a crappy app with these kind og bugs. Tried to explain and offer screenshots but they didnt care.

no option to cancel got billed a year later

tried this app but its not very good, i then tried to cancel, impossible to cancel your account , no reminder sent then a year later get a bill for £56 , stay a way from this app.

I've been in the CG field for over 20 years, and those guys have the best background removal technique out there, surpassing even those who sit on the throne! I'm planning to subscribe yearly, but I hope I won't encounter any issues as mentioned in other reviews.

1000% a scam

1000% a scam. Yes, the app works. But just know that you will continue to get charged EVEN AFTER cancelling. Their customer support is absolute trash. You only speak to bots that send you links to articles then when you say you need more help they claim that a rep will contact you by email but no one ever does!!! It’s impossible to get a hold of an actual person! I’ll get emails of all their little promos but never from their supposed rep. I was charged for MONTHS until I finally had to call my bank to dispute all the charges. DO NOT get this app there are plenty of other legitimate apps that work and won’t steal your money.

It´s all very sketchy

It´s all very sketchy, the app works, but the customer service doesn´t seem to understand that I want my account removed and stop trying to charge my card. There is no way to remove your payment information or to close your account, BE AWARE
