When I first started using this app I only used it for removing backgrounds but now I use it to REPLACE backgrounds. The backgrounds ai is brilliant and all the templates they have means it can boost sales for online stores.

The customer service had never replied.it has been more than a week.my 3rd device didn’t work.so I wanted to get replied during the free trial.no answers!So I had to cancel it and registered it again but they charged 10 dollars more Why nobody takes care of the customers?

Gets worse with every update

Although I have used the Pro version for 2 years I am close to closing my account. I am finding with every new update it is more difficult to use. At one time a couple of clicks would do what now take 5 clicks.

Don't give them your payment details

Uses payment details for a free trial and promises that they will remind you before the free trial ends. What really happens is that you don't even get a email confirmation of having set-up an account, or your trial starting, or your trial ending. Nothing at all until they charge you. Terrible practice that probably makes them tens of thousands a month.
