I use their background remover almost on a daily basis, and it really does the job way better than other bg removing tools. It perfectly detects the main object and smoothly removes odd parts.You can also blur the bg or generate a new one in a couple of seconds. It requires no registration or payments, just does what it's meant to do, and I thank you guys for making such a good product!
I made my trustpilot account to make this review. What made me make this review is because literally every other website to remove background needed to make an account or pay, not only was it free but it was also hassle-free. I just hope that they'll keep it that way. So in summary, it's just really convenient.
This is an awful company to deal with. I'm not app proficient at app's I would stay away. They have no customer support. I was in a que for 4 hours and the never got to me then they just closed for the day.There are no tutorial videos that I could find. I even had to go through my bank to cancel the account.
The app is fine But I feel like Im scammed. Because it said try it for free for 14 days and then we will remind you to stop it before we charge you. No reminder. The just took my money and it is way to expensive. The said it is easy to end it but no it is not. I tried to contact Them and say I regret it. But they dont care at all. So my money is gone. Never meant to buy it. Just wanted to try it. So I think it is Very bad costumer service
