Total scam

Total scam. I never even used the app and somehow I got charged for a whole year and when I tried to request a refund, pretty sure the app RENEWED subscription instead then said I’m outside of the cancellation window when I just got charged TODAY!!! WTF??? Super scam!!!!

They are scammers

I had a terrible experience with this company. First, they double-charged me for one month of service. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue, no refund was ever provided.Due to this, I immediately canceled my subscription. However, even though my subscription was canceled 45 days ago, they still charged me again. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a deliberate scam.I strongly advise others to stay away from this company. They are basically scammers.

They stole off me £69.99 I have raised this with my bank, my bank is chasing the money, I’ve also sent them an email (my bank told me to do this) and no reply on anything, no response through the app, they conned me into a subscription with no way to cancel. I want my £69.99 back SCAMMERS

There Captcha system is broken

I try using their free Magic Eraser but constantly get interrupted every 5 second on verifying whether am I a human despite I CONFORMED IT A 100 TIMES ALREADY. How can they not notice this?

I have just started the PRO version at £69.99 per year.It has stopped working after 1 day. There was a chat device. The operator advised me to flush the cash. I did this. I then tried again and I had to verify who I was with an email address that was not mine! I tried another PC. I tried to contact them and the form would not accept either of my email addresses.Resume - I have paid, there is no way of contacting them, it has stopped working.If I had wanted garbage, I would have asked for it.

SCAM ARTISTS

SCAM ARTISTS. They charged me even though I didn’t have a subscription. They can see no email address of mine link to my account and I cannot trace where they were able to charge me from. £70 GONE.

Issue with the app, on the chat with customer service, no matter which employee I get, they always simply recommend to upgrade the new ios version. That's the extent of their customer service. Choose another app
