Sketchy as anything when this product hosts the money you're being awarded through whatever program. Issue, their reps.don't seem to understand much,emailing them is like emailing your cement post. There was a reverse charge situation,and the customer service has no idea what this is.I had to dig around to located their paperwork,where you can ONLY fax it to this other department. This other department when phoned will do the following: answer without a clue as to why you reached them, redirect you to prepaid solutions who can't do anything, or hangup. Chargeback/reverse department response requires 45 days,thus you risk having your request age out. Even more ridiculous, the intellects at "Swift" Prepaid Solutions will tell you "no error occurred" to warrant a reversal. This is literally cash,and Prepaid isn't protecting the consumer's money,similar to a bank credit card. If you end up with a balance that isn't going to cover a transaction while at a bricks and mortar. You will need human intervention. One that will be WILLING to go through the effort to punch in the card's numbers,and another key or so to allow you to FINISH paying the remaining balance using some other method. This is the worse part about the card, trying to FINISH using the remaining total. Walmart location visited, I suspect was just being dishonest,and said they cannot use the card via manual input. SO, if a giant like Walmart doesn't "accept" the prepaid card, you can imagine the hassle. As others have noted, this type of pre paid card is NOT ACCEPTED everywhere you may want to shop.It's almost like prepaid digital, or the companies giving you a pre paid card want you to LEAVE money on the table because you give up from the frustration trying to use it. There needs to be laws in how these cards are required to be cashed out in their ENTIRE sum. Recognized as a debit/credit transaction by all retail with debit/credit services. Where a customer can use the remaining amount against the total transaction. Online for example, prompted to use another payment for the remaining total. Gift cards can be used in this manner. File a CFPB [The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau ] complaint.First date of interaction began approximately in December 2022*
The only good thing I can tell you about this service is that after multiple rejections I was able to redeem my funds to amazon in several batches.The other thing is pretty bad: they leaked my ID to the public internet. They did not accept my driver's license photos as verification and demanded additional verification documents. In order to pass it I needed to give a scan of my ID to cognitoforms external form. I can still access directly pasting the link to this photo via public internet without any restrictions to this day, and it's been 4 days since I uploaded it and 3 days since I sent multiple emails, demanding to take down the photo of my ID from the public internet. In my opinion, the form leaked my document, which violates GDPR law, and they are not reacting, they do not care at all! I had to cancel and report an ID leak because of this reason, and I need to make a new one. I still demand to take my data from the public internet!
Hope i could give them 0 stars. The card doesnt work anywhere. All my online transactions gets declined. Such a scam. Wish I read the reviews about them before wasting my 100 pounds on it. Im stuck now, not sure how do i get back my 100 pounds.
Unable to useI am unable to use my digital creditcards issued by Prepaiddigitalsolutions. I tried to contact them but this didn't work out at all. I feel very distressed about this company and seriously doubt their honesty.I hope someone could help me out to use my virtual creditcards finally, it has been so long I am unable to use them...UPDATEHowever a reply was sent they were going to contact me through email, this hasn't happened,Nor can i use my cards... I need an One Time Password (OTP) which doesn't come through, nevertheless my emailadress is given and noted correct in my account.What to do next?However you promised to contact me, this hasn't happened yet.
Worst service and customer support I have ever encountered. I can not pay for anything with this card. It says that the merchant is doing something wrong but in this case it's just not true. They don't let you pay anywhere, and if you have an option not to choose this service - don't you'll skip an insanely annoying headache. The best example is when they give you a security question to answer to confirm the purchase, but don't give any correct answers. So it is impossible to approve the payment.Honestly, can't believe it.Good luck with the terrible service you provide, no idea how you can even have the ability to handle money lawfully. Thank you, customer support assistant for dropping the conversation when you haven't resolved the issue and for ignoring half of my questions.
