I am recommending anyone who would consider a Prepaid card from Prepaiddigitialsolutions to reconsider. Risk is very high you will end up losing money. I made the big mistake to select Prepaid Mastercards as a gift from my company. In their promotion they claim "it can be used everywhere Mastercard is accepted". However, after 7.5 months, and numerous attempts to use it online, I conclude that their commitment was a simply not true. It basically doesn't work anywhere. In addition, instead of taking accountability for the poor performance of the card their customer support require the customers to investigate why it doesn’t work and to resolve it on their own. They are even providing a "helpful hint: If the card continues to be declined at a specific merchant, you may need to use the card at a different one."After numerous bad experiences in contacts with their customer service I am no longer expecting Prepaiddigitalsolutions to remedy their crappy card. I have accepted the fact that I am probably losing several hundreds of Euros due to their lack of accountability but with this posting I hope I ´can help anyone else avoid making that mistake.
Was given a prepaid mastercard as a corporate reward. Using this their prepaid digital card on Amazon causes your amazon account to be banned. Only smaller sellers online with less stringent fraud detection allows their card to go through.Contacted their support to see if I can get some help retrieving details for the card that expired 2 months back as I am trying to provide the information to Amazon to get the account unbanned. They asked for my personal information (name, address, email) and after I provided that in email, they replied me saying their T&Cs state once a card expires they cannot reissue or provide past details. Now I am wondering why did they even want my personal details for if they could have told me that in the first place... Not worth the hassle and trouble going through their horrible customer service seeing there are so many possible issues with them.
I was on hold for like 30 minutes that didn't really bother me as I understand places can be busy however after being on hold they refused to tell me anything other than it wasn't on their end when I asked to speak to a different person for a second opinion they refused to transfer me over when I asked for their supervisor they put me on a brief hold and then got back to me with what their supervisor allegedly had said which was that they weren't going to tell me what was going on I still have yet to use my money because they refused to help me
Warning - when the card expires they take your money. No email warnings. This is not like an actual prepaid credit card.Update: WARNING x2! It gets worse!! The reply below appears to be a total lie - after more than 2 weeks of getting the run-around, they basically are just quoting their T&Cs now: expired = money gone. The reply below just raises more red flags about the trustworthiness of this company.
Hi!constant - Declined due to Block Recurring/Installment Txn logicthere is not place on world where this card can be used.+security question: "what was last successful transaction at XXX" how it can be " last and successfull" if I tied my card first time?! :D dead loop security quiz. and in the end error code 163.. SCAM!
Do not be fooled by their responses here on TrustPilot where they claim they will help you. It's just for show. They are still the 0 star company as their customer service has never followed through even after I emailed them AGAIN. It's amazing how this company can still operate with such a horrible track record.
This company used to be good and I could actually spend this card anywhere. Now I can't even do anything with it?! They act like this is not my card and my money, I should be able to spend it wherever I want. This is so annoying and stupid and I wish tremendous.com would use another provider for their prepaid gift cards if this company doesn't remove some of its restrictions. The only place you can probably spend this card on is Amazon but if I wanted that I would of chosen an Amazon Gift card instead but I wanted more freedom.
