Feb 7, 2023 - I received the initial email with a link to claim my prepaid card, which I did. Another email today notified me to expect a confirmation email within the next couple of business days confirming when they will mail the card.Feb 16, 2023 - I didn't receive the email, and contacted Prepaid Digital Solutions online for status. I received an email response on Feb 17 saying "We’ve reviewed your account and noticed your reward hasn’t been claimed.". They confirmed that they had sent a new email with a link to claim my card, which I did. Feb 23, 2023 - I received an email confirming that my physical card was shipped.Feb 28, 2023 - I received the card in the mail, along with a notation that the card is ready to use.Mar 1, 2023 - I tried to use the card at a restaurant but it was rejected.Mar 2, 2023 - I called Customer Care, and was informed that the card was canceled. Why was it cancelled? Why was I not notified that it was cancelled. The agent said that a second card was issued and shows as shipped on Feb 21, 2023. The card I received in the mail was the original card that was cancelled - they couldn't explain why it was cancelled.Mar 9, 2023 - the new card hasn't arrived yet. I called Customer Care and asked if they could re-instate the first card and cancel the second card. They said I'd have to call another group to request this (1-877-472-2222 Engage People - or sounded like that). I called that number and it belongs to Shaw Communications.I called Customer Care again, and explained my situation. This time, I was told I'd have to contact my program group to get the card re-issued.You can imagine my frustration by this time. I have a card in my hand. All I want to do is be able to use it. When I call Customer Care, I seem to get a different story every time.Mar 10, 2023 - Update! I received an email from Prepaid saying a replacement card will be issued and I should allow yet another 10 business days to receive it. No phone call to me, and no callback telephone number for me to call them. As if by a twist of fate, the card arrived in the mail today. Since there was no way to contact the originator of the email, I replied to it and asked them to please not cancel this card. They did say at the bottom of the email, "If you have any other questions, reply to this email and we’ll be happy to help!".Guess what? My email reply to them was returned to me as undeliverable.My frustration continues to grow in leaps and bounds! I'll try Customer Service one more time but that has proven to be useless previously.
this company is fraudulent money got stolen off my original card so i called it in as fraud they gave me the money back 217.55 but i have to get a new card number I HAVE TRIED TO LOGIN TO PREPAIDDIGITALSOLUTIONS.COM ON THREE DIFFERENT BROWER IT WANT LET ME LOGIN KEEP REDIRECTING ME I BELIVE THIS COMPANY STOLE THE MONEY OFF THE FIRST CARD AND WANT LET ME GET MY REMAINDING BALANCE THEY NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED SCAM
I redeemed some reward points from my company for 3 prepaid Mastercards which were shipped on Jan 31st. I contacted the company's customer service asking for a tracking number and they said they don't have any and said to wait for the 20 business days of delivery. I asked to speak to a manager, but the call was dropped after 10 minutes on hold. Of course, the cards were never delivered. So, I asked for a re-issuance and another shipment to be sent out this time with tracking. They said they are still unable to provide a tracking number. I then asked to file a complaint and till now no one got back to me. Very unprofessional.Update: Someone contacted me via email and said they’d provide a tracking number and send out a 2nd expedited shipment that should reach me within 3 to 5 business days. Neither got a tracking number nor received the shipment. When I followed up, I was told no tracking number will be provided. Still very poor service and extremely unprofessional. Hopeless case.
it would be zero for the 4 lies you this company has told me.."it's being sent on your email in 5 minutes"....which for 3 days straight has been 48 hrs for 3 emails. This rebate company is a sham/scam. I'm going to notify vendor company where i bought my appliances that this is a scam, and they need to report this matter to the representative who provided this information.
Dishonest company. They charge for a physical card, otherwise they'll give you a virtual card which can only be used online and will systematically get declined unless you file complaints, then their customer service agents will blame you for entering the wrong info, or claim Google can't process cards properly (LOL)It smells 100% like they hope people will give up and they can just keep the money. AVOID.
I received a digital VISA gift card from this company as a payout from TopCashback.I added it to my Paypal account.I made sure to edit my personal information : name and address.After doing that, I tried to use it to make a donation to a charity. The charity accepts donations using Paypal.I get error message that the donation was declined.The transaction detail says "Merchant not in Network or No Purse Exists". What does that mean????There is money on this digital VISA gift card.EDIT:As you can see, they have responded, but their system is set up this way.If you email them, they'll just send you a canned response that this is the way it is.EDIT2:I was able to use it on a GoFundMe page.EDIT3:Could not use it on a different GoFundMe page.error message = "Declined by Real-Time Decisioning (RTD) processing"I have no clue what that means.Was able to use the remainder on a different online donation page.My transaction history shows12 attempts before I had one successful transaction.Another 12 attempts before I had another successful transaction.Unbelievable.
This company is a scam. I have repeated to them 3 times now via email that I have waited the 20 business days to get my pre-paid Mastercard and they keep sending the same automated reply that I should wait 15-20 business days. What a scam! Heed the warnings. There's no wonder it's a one star rating company in satisfaction.Update 15/8/23I was supposed to receive a digital pre-paid card from them again. They have not sent me it. It seems some things never change. Oh, and it's laughable that they can't respond to email and communicate that way instead of expecting a customer from Australia to pay an exorbitant amount dialling a US number. Ridiculous.
I have never seen such a terrible service in my life! I received virtual cards that I printed off which somehow expired in less than 10 months. Which I found out when I went to use them. I had a $50 dollar card and 6 $10 cards. I went to get them reinstated and there was a $12.95 fee to do so meaning on card would be only worth less than $38.00 and the rest are worthless. It is the biggest racket in the world.Robbery at its finest! All they had to do was email me a new virtual card which would cost them no money to do so.
The company request my photo ID for verification which I supplied, photo ID issued by Australian government. Then they replied, is not sufficient, request further billing document showing my name which I supplied. Another email received from them say it's not sufficient, requesting my passport. At this point, I feel unsafe to further supply my sensitive information to unknown organization. I told them I don't want to risk it and just delete all my personal information given previously. No more reply from them until now. Look like I fall into scam.
