Avoid. Many companies that offer rebates direct you to this service to collect your rebate.They make it difficult if not impossible to obtain YOUR money after you deposit the rebate into your account.Worse yet, it will 'disappear' due to an expiration date on the funds, which they do NOT make clear as part of the deposit but in some microscopic font buried in its Legal terms & conditions.
Completely worthless service. If I would have knew what I'm getting in to - I would have never trusted them with my money. This is a warning to all - beware! Virtual mastercard is good for nothing, as most of services I've tried paying with it - declined it. Physical card has never arrived. They ship with postal service that takes 30 business days to deliver a single card and provide no evidence they actually shipped it, nor guaranty you'll receive it (no tracking number or anything). Provided no solutions - apparently they can not refund my money back to bank account, because my mastercard (that I never received) doesn't allow that :D So if I wont receive a replacement - the money is good as gone! Stolen by this "service provider". And their customer support is worthless as the company they work for - no solutions offered, rude and respond only when you start loosing patience... AVOID THEM AT ANY COST!
Would give it no star if I could. Been trying to close my account wit prepaid Digital for 2 months now. They got as far as give me Complaint Ref in April but since then no response of any description at all. Have sent reminders and still no response.Worst customer service ever - actually non-existent._________________________________________Thank you for your reply but you're missing the point. 1) I don't have any active cards - either expired or NIL balance. 2) I am actually complaining about the fact that your Customer Support - having allocated a complaint reference - not responding to me at all. Just want you to close my account if that's not too much trouble.
I got an $80 card via a rebate, but I cannot use it at Amazon or Home Depot. I called customer service and they said it was blocked at Amazon because Amazon had the CVV wrong. Amazon doesn't ask for the CVV, so that can't be correct. They explained Home Depot saying I have to call them on the phone to make the purchase. It seems this is a scam so that I can't use the money from my rebate; very shady.
Could not make a payment to Amazon. I called their customer support and they claim that the card was blocked as the CVV was not entered correctly, but I still have the card entry into Amazon on my screen and it IS correct. The customer support person was really rude, and said it would take three business days to unblock the card. Stay away from this company if possible.
This company should be forbidden!! They are real thieves. My card was valid until last november 2022 and I bought concert tickets with the card. However now (2023) the concert is cancelled and the money is refunded to the expired credit card. Instead of returning the money to the concert organisation they keep the money and keep on telling me that no funds can be withdrawn from an expired card. But there should be no funds on the expired card. The refund should have been bounced as it does when it's send to a closed account.
