A TOTAL SCAM

This is a TOTAL SCAM!! I did a big order and never got a follow up on it. I tried contacting them via Instagram and Email and nothing. Started to comment on there post asking them about my order and the only thing they did was block me. DON’T EVER BUY AT THIS COMPANY. THIS SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATLY!!!

Many people complain about the same situation

Like other customers, I too was being defrauded. I tried to reach you for weeks after my first order. And yes, I wrote both email and DM. My first email was answered saying it was being checked. I never got an answer after that. As a last resort, I wrote it in the comments on Instagram. I sent almost dozens of messages. Then suddenly my messages started disappearing. I couldn't see my comments from another account. I'm sure you've seen all of these messages. Because you made a statement in your Instagram story such as please let's not be rude. But still I haven't received any response from anywhere. When I continued to comment, you wrote 'Ok' and added an emoji to one of them and deleted your own message. Finally, we contacted a lawyer and sent an e-mail about starting legal proceedings. A few days later I received the products. It is obvious that this was done on purpose. If it's coming so fast, why are you waiting? (The products arrived missing but I didn’t want to deal with it any further) Also, everyone suffers from the same situation. For another user, you wrote ‘If you were so desperate for your question to be answered you could of simply sent an email’. Yes, I wrote it and what happened? You say don’t make false and fake accusations. I hope you don’t write the same thing to me. Because I tried for months. However, the products that arrived were good. If you do not want to leave doubts in people's minds, please do not ship late and respond to messages.

Their glitter outshines their customer service by far

Emailed and sent inquiries on social media. I ordered on July 1st. July 16th I received an email stating my order shipped. As of 1:35 am, Sunday August 13th, when I check the email and click the link to track my order, it still says they are working on it...but you supposedly shipped it almost a month ago. Starting to believe I got scammed. I'm aware they are overseas, but this is ridiculous at this point. About to just ask my bank to dispute the charges. Several people on social media are having the same or similar issues upon investigation. I either want the glitter I ordered over a month ago or my money back. Either way, I won't be doing business with this company again. Very disappointing how customer concerns are handled.Edited to add, if I ever receive a response and my product, I will change my review accordinglyEdit 2, as of today (8/22) someone got ahold of me regarding my purchase and offered to resend or refund and to investigate the package which they believe is missing.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY NARCISSISTIC AND ABUSIVE SCAMMERS!

This company not only stole my money, I am now being harassed on my social media! I can't believe you people took down the review. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY EVER! The only people who get things are promoters. This company has a 2.1 star review for A REASON! They take your money, then when you snap after being nice for over a damn month! I will keep making these reviews too. I have the proof of order, I have the proof of me trying to communicate, I have proof of being harassed by either the owner of a follower or followers, there are a couple people coming on my personal page. I find it funny it's a review page yet you remove them when the customer keeps coming back with information. People SEARCH EVERY COMPANY ON HERE BEFORE PURCHASING! I am sure you can message on here. This company is run by very vile human beings who feel robbing customers is proper, then tell you how to respond to their ignorance. Just don't do it, MANY SHOPS THAT ARE LEGIT, THIS ONE IS NOT! All you have to do is read on here, if she was SO GOOD her rating would be at at least 4 stars, five years, again 2.1 stars! I will keep reviewing so good luck!

Don’t bother.

I ordered on June 23rd. Order was marked shipped on the 28th. It was an international order so I waited an appropriate amount of time, we’ll over actually. I reached out to the company multiple times through Instagram, their contact form, and email with no response on where my order was (I waited their 3 business day time frame for email responses as well). They also deleted a comment I made on their TikTok. I had to threaten to contact my bank to get a response. They responded and offered to refund or send out my order again, this was 8/15. I asked for them to resend, no response. The next day I received a partial order (I ordered the brow soap and pretty as a doll glitter). I received the glitter but suspected it was the wrong color and emailed back right away letting them know I was missing an item and wanted clarification on the color of the glitter. No response. On 8/30 I contacted my bank to file a chargeback. Still no response from the company and no resent order either. This is absolutely ridiculous. I wanted to love this company but it was an absolute waste of time and money.

Don’t think my order will ever come

Don’t think my order will ever come. I have tried to message them, email them, comment endless times with no reply. It has been two weeks and I don’t think my order will arrive. The communication from this business is so poor. I really hope they see this and finally give me my order as the products look amazing

DO NOT BUY

Would give 0 stars if I could. This company is so unprofessional. Ordered in May, nothing arrived, constantly emailed and messaged to get an update with no reply. Eventually in NOVEMBER got a reply saying it’s been lost and they’ll refund me. 20 days later no refund, I message them again…no response. Get back to me a week later telling me they’ve refunded me even though they haven’t and start being rude and unprofessional. AVOID

Glitter was not as advertised

Glitter was all cracked. One tray was contaminated with other glitter. Order took 2 months to get. Try communicating with customer service but no reply. Not really worth it.I ordered back in March and did not get my order till May . I have proof of payment and an order number. I can submit them over to Trustpilot so they can know I’m not making it up.
