Review Time
Poor client support! No answer in email or Instagram. I got a email my order is shipped but no tracking number. After weeks of trying to contact them I got the answer they were stuck in transit. Disappointed and angry that I didn't read the rewievs. The answer was kind but then silence again. After a while I got a email to update my adress and like magic my products appear. But the wrong colors. I think this is a small business growing to fast. Sadly I will not order from them again.
This Company has the absolute worst customer service. I reached out to them several times about tracking my order that had never arrived. They finally reported it was sent to my house, and then shipped all the way back overseas to their wharehouse because I didn't sign for the package... I just don't believe them at all! Then, they told me a refund would be submitted to me and it hasn't arrived yet either. Perhaps I was scammed. I'm very upset and feel foolish for ordering from them. I will NEVER trust an overseas small Instagram business again!
I placed an order #2022 back in November 2022 and it was never delivered. I got an email saying that it had been shipped, but never received a tracking link or any further information. I’ve tried contacting Pretty Little Cosmetics numerous times across numerous platforms (email, website, Instagram, TikTok) and I haven’t got a response anywhere. I appreciate they’re a small(er) business but they clearly don’t have the systems in place to manage messages or emails which is frustrating when things go wrong. I’ll have to contact my bank for a refund which I was trying to avoid for both myself and PLC – but it’s been literally impossible to get any help from the PLC team anywhere. Really disappointed in this abysmal service. It wasn’t a small order so I’m massively frustrated by all of this. It seems I’m not the only person to have received radio silence either.
I tried everything to contact this company as I never got my order and I have nothing left now but to file a claim with my bank. I really loved their Instagram, but this is the first company in my life that not only never sent the order, but also never responded to my many emails, messages, calls etc. This is a scam and I would never ever order from them again! You will see positive reviews, where they say the false reviews are fake. The company is a liar, how can you sleep at night, scamming clients like that? I would advise you, a possible future client who is reading this review, to check the comments in the social media and trust us, who are fighting to get money back! This company is total scam! Order #2586, still waiting for any response a month later...

I unfortunately my experience with this brand isn’t going well. This is about order #2491. After shipping I never got a tracking code (as they suggested I would) but not only that I discovered an error in my shipping address. I have been trying to get in touch with anybody from PLC via numerous platforms. What makes it so frustrating is that it was supposed to be a gift for my sick niece for in between her surgery’s. I am disappointed that it not only not arrived on time but that there is a chance of it never arriving at all. I would just like to get in contact with someone from PLC.
Hello, order #2431 here. My experience with customer service was not as negative as that of other reviewers on this platform. Shortly after contacting PLC I received assurance that my order would be delivered the following week and two weeks later I finally received it. The issue was I had ordered 5 pressed glitters and only received 4, and one of them was not the one I ordered. I'm writing this hoping to at least receive a refund for the 5th product that never reached me, while providing constructive feedback on how the service can be improved going forward.Thanks,Chiara
I’ve placed an order on the website on sept 7 2022, order number #1288 and paid for but I never received it ! I have sent countless emails asking about it, also wrote them on Instagram and every time I got no answer ! We are in February 2023 and still nothing !!!!
I can't rate you with stars but some kind of communication goes a long way. I realize that you are in the UK but I can't even get a tracking on the app I've emailed and osted on one of your tik toks and got nothing.
