Review Time
It took me a while to decide which computer company to go with as this is a fairly big investment but after much investigation and deliberation I decided on Punch Technology because of the easy to digest information and specifications on their website and following a couple of calls I'd made to their technical team before making my decision, during which they were extremely helpful in determining my needs and what pieces of equipment would suit my needs best.My order was despatched and delivered withing the timeframe they had originally advised and I was extremely please to see how well packaged the item was on a crated delivery.Needless to say that when everything was plugged in and running, it all worked like a dream and the time it now takes me to compile and edit a 20 minute 4k video is probably only a 1/10th of the time it was taking me previously.Based on my experience to date, I would highly recommend Punch Technology and would definitely use them again.
Superbly built machine, with great attention to detail and performing very well. A little more visibilty of progress during the build and some covering documentation with the machine would have been the icing on top. I'm very happy overall, thanks.
The website was easy to navigate with recommendations for particular uses eg gaming,office, studio etc. These could then be easily modified. It would have been useful to have received a progress report giving estimated delivery date
After my outdated iMac was no longer supported by Apple and was on its last legs I looked to replace it with a PC. My main use is photo editing so I looked to the custom market. Looking at the reviews Punch looked good with a good price for the spec. I went with the Value Plus Photography PC and was not disappointed. Build quality was superb and is so silent when running. Ordering online was easy, emails were answered within a couple of days and when I contacted them by phone it was answered straight away by someone who could answer my questions and no passed around. I did feel a valued customer.I know what your thinking why 4 stars and not 5? The order tracking doesn't update. I placed my order and it said awaiting build and number 95 in the queue and it stayed at this until the PC was delivered. As a result I had to contact Punch and couple of times to find out where my order was as it was a little overdue due to a component being out of stock. If order tracking reflected this I would give 5 stars.Would I use Punch again, Yes. Would I recommend them, Yes. Just don't believe your order status.
Excellent service. The website was easy to navigate. I was able to decide easily exactly what I needed for my PC. The information on the website helped me to decide exactly the best setup to fit my needs.Communication with Punch technology was easy. When I contacted them, my queries were answered in a friendly and knowledgeable way. Delivery was on time and everything was packaged very securely. Weel done everyone!
The PC was made to my specifications (with advice from the Sales Team) at a competitive price and was delivered in the agreed timescale. A minor difficulty was quickly cleared up by a call to a very efficient support representative. So far I am very happy with my purchase.
