Review Time
I've been straight up lied to. Tried to be coerced into paying much higher prices for products available in other places in exchange for possibility of refund (sounds as ridiculous as it was). If I would have more free time I would escalate this issue to appropriate institutions. And it took ~6 months to resolve RMA
My computer is now 4.5 years old and still performs like a new machine. This said, I decided to get a second 4K monitor and I doubted the graphics card I had would be suitable. I spoke with Jonathan in tech support to get some advice. I have spoken with Jonathan before so I knew I was in good hands. He checked my system build and confirmed that the graphics card would need upgrading. He recommended a suitable card based on my requirements and even gave some guidance on the installation process. The card arrived the following day and was installed, drivers updated and up and running within 30 minutes. The sales service and guidance when I first bought the computer, and the aftersales and tech support since is nothing short of excellent! I cannot recommend them enough.Thank you all.
I wanted a desktop computer especially for my photography work in Photoshop. The company was very helpful in guiding me to the suitable desktop.It was easy for me to get any help and advice I needed. The computer arrived well packed and was easy to set up.
i configured the specs on their prebuilts to choose a tier down from some of the pre-set items to fit my budget. like most people, i was too excited when i ordered so went ahead without asking anyone. then i received some suggestions from friends that i should've chosen a cheaper item so i can put some of the budget into another part that would be a bit higher. i was not expecting anything when i decided to ring them -- But Sion accommodated the change. i wouldn't go into details, but lets just say that As a customer, i felt the importance they gave to my decision. clearly for me, it felt that ive got the bang for the buck going with punch tech with how they considered the request and not be like, "you already ordered, no more changing" attitude. To offset the price (since i went with finance and would be a hassle to get a refund) Sion suggested some stuff that I think costs more in terms of value to the part i exchanged, i just thought ok, ill leav it to him anyway if they think its not an equivalent exchange then theyd surely call me and revert back. When i received the PC, it was exactly as Sion said it would be. I know the PC gets into a QC/QA somehow so i know its not a mistake. so thanks Sion and Punch!Now, please dont think im reviewing because of that, even without the extra value i want to say I am very pleased with the pc they built for me. all the best to the company and hope to get the next build with you again.
We purchased 2 machines which we use mainly for photographic use, which appears to be a significate usage for the Punch team. Purchasing in mid December was a busy time, but both units where delivered before Christmas, one of which was supplied with an upgraded HD spec due to a lack of the purchased conponent. Pleased with the quality and performance of both units.
