Review Time
I know just enough about PCs to make a well-meaning expensive mistake, luckily Jonathan at Punch was there to guide me. He wasn't pushy, in fact he even talked me into downgrading a couple of items on a ready to go configuration to focus more on other elements better suited to my type of work.
The worst company ever how are they taking 3 weeks to refund me and not replying when I have returned my item what is this terrible customer service. If I don’t get a reply back soon I will have to report this to my bank and get my money back some how
I've always found Punch a good company to deal with when ordering you have the options to spec your own machine and then they are happy to advise you on the options you've chosen. They are quick at answering the telephone and offer very good advice
The computer I ordered from Punch Computers arrived on time and was exactly to my specifications.It was very well packaged.It's extremely fast and very quiet.I would have no hesitation in ordering from Punch Computers again in the future.
I was thinking if I should give Punch Technology 4 stars of 5 stars but thought that 4 stars should probably be an injustice to their overall service.I ordered custom built PC and even before ordering they were great in providing useful advice.PC was built to my spec and appears to be working great. Packaging was good to protect the PC during transport.The only "issue" was that it took longer to build then originally advertised. And this would not be a problem if there was any communication from them to advise of the delay and any ETA. At any time. But there was none.I had to call 3 times. Every time they were very polite and apologetic.If I could make one suggestion that would be to put a process in place and communicate to the customers if their orders are going to be late.Thank you very muchIvan
