I made an order for a diffuser since I wanted to quit vaping. However, I figured I could try to quit another time. I emailed to cancel my order and they responded right away and canceled my order. Will order when I’m ready to quit again!
They promote to help quit smoking. With the nicotine free part, I love that. It does have good taste and smooth. The reason for the 3 star, is they only work for 30 days if you only take 5-10 drags. As a smoker, this does not equate to what a smoker smokes in a day. If these were to actually last longer, they would be great. Also, if you take a drag off them to hard, you get the liquid coming through.
I was very happy with the customer service provided from Wilmer. My package had gotten lost in transit and with Wilmer’s swift response and problem solving provided me with a replacement free of charge and an explanation for any issues that may occur before they occurred. Will definitely keep shopping with Pure in the Future
