the customer service and shipping has…

the customer service and shipping has been AMAZING! i placed and order for the full set and mistakenly sent it to my previous address in another state. i sent them an email explaining the issue and they responded first thing the next business day and got a replacement package in the mail the same day. they have been incredibly helpful and quick with their email responses and shipping. i am beyond excited to receive my order and finally quit vaping!

I ordered the Peach Cream diffuser…

I ordered the Peach Cream diffuser around 2 weeks ago because supposedly it helps anxiety. ITS STILL NOT HERE. The “shop” app keeps saying it’s awaiting USP but I check on USP and it says it’s awaiting the item. The shipping itself takes way too long, and frankly the excitement for the item is gone.
