I would give a zero starIf I could.I never received my shoes and I am out over £100.They will frustrate you beyond believe to take away all your consumer rights.You will lose your money, as this is not a company with good customerService. All they want is your money and then couldn’t care less if you have items are not.Dave yourself, money, time, stress and buy elsewhere.You will be disappointed as read how many other people are having the same issues. Wish I had seen the reviews on here priory to ordering.The first two pairs I ordered were too small (another problem, sizes suck), they talkedme into paying more money to ship twoMore pairs and I didn’t get them. I was toldTo donate the two that didn’t fit and so now got nothing to show for money.
The only way to describe this outfit is CROOKED.The shoes I received were the wrong size by a mile and a different style. I emailed them and explained the situation, expecting a "whoops" type apology and a promise to send the correct pair with a return label for the others. BUT they then wanted me to pay an extra £9.90 to correct THEIR mistake, or if I wanted a refund to send the junk pair at my expense to a China address (another ££££). Don't touch this shit shower with a barge pole, unless you are aiming at its head.
They take a bit of getting used to, walked to the subway which is a mile away and then to the shops just a little bit discomfort then walked back home. Usually get a pain in my knees but they were fine. Also make great pair of slippers as I’ve a hardwood floors apart from the bedrooms which are carpeted, they are comfortable .
