The slippers when they arrived are perfect and exactly as described - so I couldn’t be happier with the product - the delivery - the last mile bit wasn’t as good - it was impossible to track and left me thinking they would never arrive - and then suddenly they were available for collection! I would definitely recommend the slippers though - they are perfect.
These were the second pair I had delivered the first were too small. The sizing is small id say. Takes 2-3 weeks to arrive. The boots are great, comfy, warm. I was really surprised how it felt walking outside in them but they are so good. I wore them in the smow/ice no problem. Its like going out in ypur slippers, your feet are so relaxed.The only issue was trying to return the smaller pair, took lots of emails back and forth. If you send them back it costs you if you want a refund, if you want credit they'll send you £20 for postage or you can keep them and swap them for an extra £9.
It is virtually impossible to return these shoes and if you decide to do so it will cost you in excess of £23.I purchased my pair on 4 th Dec and when they arrived found the back dug into my heel. I have been trying ever since to return them. I have, however, been offered an exchange at a further cost of £9.90 and they don’t want the old pair back!! However my shoes were more than any pair that I might consider buying. This company are not interested in customer service and this experience has taught me Never to buy from Hong Kong
