I ordered these slippers for my sister

I ordered these slippers for my sister, she thought they were exactly what she needed, she likes them, but due to the insoles, she’s struggling to get used to them. I explained that it can take a little while to get used to having some arch support, but that she will get used to them, and that they will benefit her in the long run, so she’s going to persevere.

These slippers are excellent. Cosy, comfortable and with a sturdy sole so you can step outside without having to change footwear.Delivery takes a little while but worth the wait. Now bought a second pair for a friend.

Great product, rethink the delivery

Service from Purestep was great, very good communications, prompt dispatch.The courier however held onto the purchase for nearly 3 weeks, so missing Christmas. I was unable to track or contact them so had no idea what was happening other than 'they had my parcel'I was about to cancel my order when it arrived and the slippers were great.Great product, rethink the delivery
