I love my slippers. They are very comfortable and warm. The only gripe I have is the wait. It always takes about two weeks for things to arrive as they never seem to be in the warehouse. If have the patience to wait then the service and product is great 😁
Order as expected. If you want a quick delivery you will be disappointed. Takes a few weeks to arrive but great shoes and new line of slippers. I was kept informed of delivery and told to expect delivery to take a few weeks so knew when to expect it. Arrived securely packaged and handed to myself with a smile by a very polite gentleman. I will be ordering again as the shoes are as described and the slippers are support comfy and so soft inside.
BEWARE SCAM I would rate this zero stars. I ordered some polar shoes, thinking they were barefoot shoes and they were rubbish, they were badly made, stitching so thick on the tongue it rubbed the skin on my ankle, I wore them in the rain one day and water came up through the sole. My feet have ached since the day I started wearing them. I tried to return the shoes but was informed I had to print off and complete a 17 page document as these had to be returned to China and had to pay nearly £40 upfront to return them!!! THIS COMPANY IS TRYING TO RIP OFF VIVOBAREFOOT who are uk based. Do not purchase any of their rubbish. SCAM COMPANY
